Recently, I conversed with my mother about hosting my birthday party at the beach and she concurred. My party this year is Hello Kitty! I'm so shocked on the grounds that last year my mother did the frightening theme. Where you need to dress as something scary and she set up a spooky house, it sounds fun yet for an eighth grader. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. Besides my little cousins that went to my party got so frightened that they peed their jeans and went home screaming and crying.
Likewise today I don't need to go to school! Which is great in light of the fact that I require a day away from the Dylan drama. I went downstairs and saw a plate of eggs and bacon prepared for me on the counter. It had a sticky note right in the front of my plate and it said I needed to go to work early so please make the most of your breakfast! Love, Mom.
I get the plate of food and conveyed it to my room. I put my plate on my desk and I chose to check my Facebook to check my notifications. Also, I did have one and it was a message, from Caleb. It said Are you alright? Better believe it, I'm alright, really more than alright. Is there any valid reason why I wouldn't be alright? He's presumably discussing the Dylan thing however he didn't like stalk me or anything, he simply pursued me.
I replied Yeah.
He answered Can I come over? Why would he want to come over? Simply on the grounds that he spared me from a charming maniac yesterday doesn't imply that we're friends. However, I figure I possess it to him so I answered sure, beyond any doubt then I logged out.
After I wrap up my breakfast, I went down the stairs to put my plate in the sink and my doorbell rang twice. It's Caleb. He was looking upward and down at me peacefully, it was really bizarre and unbalanced.
"Cute jammies." He walked in my house. After he said that I looked down seeing that I'm still wearing my Hello Kitty pajamas.
"What made you want to come over?" I inquired. He sat on top of my counter and he's still in his school uniform. I get marginally closer to hear what he was going to say, presumably something idiotic and coy. Doesn't he have school?
"You mainly." He smirks at me. I become flushed. Hold up! Why am I blushing? I don't care for him and I shouldn't. He doesn't actually like me, he simply wants me to imagine that so he can make me extremely upset. "Oh Happy Birthday, by the way." He knows it's my birthday, sorta? Well that's surprising.
"Thanks but it's actually Sunday." I told him. "If you want I have a birthday party this afternoon, you can come its at the beach." I blurt out. Why did I invite him? I swear is was an accident. He smirks at me again and he nods. The school's greatest player is going to my party. Better believe it! I'm not being wry at all for some reason.
We go up to my room and Caleb sets down on my Hello Kitty spreadsheets. He shuts his eyes and puts his hands behind his head. It would seem that he's truly making the most of my bed, however who can blame him I have the most lavish mattress. It feels like you're on a cloud like actually.
"Um Caleb you're comfortable?" I giggle. He opens his eyes to take a gander at me. He had the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. They're a faded green yet they're still beautiful, I simply wanted to gaze at all of them day. Snap out it, Mary. Right. Sorry.
"Yeah but I would like it a lot more if you were in it." He wiggles his eyebrows and scoots to the edge of my bed.
I energetically pushed him, he snatches my arm and pulls me onto the bed. Caleb is tickling me and he won't stop; I attempt to push him away yet I fizzled. I instruct him to stop and he at last he did. When he did stop, we gazed at one another. He's taking a gander at my lips and I'm taking a gander at his. Is it safe to say that we are going to kiss? Should I let it happen? No I shouldn't, he's only a standard playboy and he's just going to hurt me, just he does with other girls.
In the wake of a prolonged moment of gazing at one another, his lips press against mine. His lips were so delicate and it had an aftertaste like mint. I can't believe it he's actually kissing and it feels so comforting. Why am I letting this happen? I shouldn't however I can't help it. I like the way his lips feel on mine, it puts a spark of excitement in my heart.
"Happy Birthday, Mary." He pecks me on the lips once again and grins at me.
I put on my white Hello Kitty swimsuit. The top had the eyes and the whiskers while the bottom was simply solid white. Caleb left after the kiss and I need to know whether regardless he's coming or not. Most likely not. He'll probably tell every one of his friends that he 'hit that' yet it's whatever.
I put on an oversize shirt and light pink swimming shorts to cover my swimsuit then headed downstairs where my mother is in a shirt and jean shorts. I never seen her in any of that, similar to typical garments, she's generally in something elegant. She's sorta like a business woman yet not exactly. She told me what she did obviously I don't generally pay attention of anything.
"Ready Mary?" She snatches her keys off the counter. I nod and head out to her vehicle.
I'm energized for my party yet apprehensive in the meantime. You know that feeling where you know you're going to have a fabulous time however you're still a bit nervous. Well that is the manner by which I'm feeling at this time.
We arrive at the beach and see my mother had as of now set up the majority of the decorations. I jump out the vehicle then I took my shirt off. Today is truly hot like I believe I'm beginning to soften like a frozen yogurt simply being out here.
"Mom you need any help?" I put my shirt on the right by her. She's tying some balloons to the table that has Hello Kitty napkins, plates, and plastic forks and spoons.
"No thank you. You can buy you a coffee or something from the cafe." Mom hands me her credit card. I gladly take it and make my way to the cafe.
I'm in line behind this blonde guy that reminded me of Caleb. Why do I like him all of sudden? That kiss was the best kiss I ever had. Well it's really the main genuine kiss I had. When he turns around, it's the cutie from Never Ending Style. It's him and I was scared to the point that I wouldn't see him again. When he recognizes me, he grins at me and I grinned back with my face being all red.
"Hey I didn't think I would see you here." I blurted out.
"Well Emma invited me." He said. Wait Emma knew him this whole time and she didn't bother to tell me. "Happy Birthday." He told me. I thanked him nervously. His smile is so cute and lips are so pink. "I'm Roy; Roy Wesley." He introduced himself.
"Mary Fall." I tell him. He's turn back around to see that he's the next one in line.
"Can I get you anything?" He gestures to the menu behind him.
"No thank you I got it." I hold up my mom's credit card and smile nervously.
Roy got his espresso and I move up so I can order. The woman with prettiest red hair smile at me with her greatest grin. I took a gander at the menu and I saw a mint espresso which was my top pick. Mint and coffee are a real match. At least I think so.
"I want a mint coffee with whipped cream on top please." I told her and hand her my mom's credit card. She punches in something in the machine and takes my credit card to slide it.
The lady handed my coffee and went outside to see that Roy is waiting for me. I saw Penelope drive up and Emma squealed when she saw me. She ran up to me and literally jumped on me. I fell to the ground and Penelope had to get Emma off of me. She's a lot stronger than she looks.
"I see you met your beach hottie." Emma whispered in my ear and pointed to Roy.
"Why didn't you tell me you knew him?" I whispered back.
"I wanted to be a surprise. Happy Birthday." She hugged me. Dylan comes out of the car and gives Emma a hug from behind. Ugh. Wheres my boyfriend? At least I think he's my boyfriend.
Why does he have to be here? At my birthday party and he threatened me once already. He gives the same look like he did before he hitted on me, that cold stare just gave me the creeps.
I went to Roy to who was at the table to avoid the awkwardness between me and Dylan. He put his coffee on the table and he looked at me.
"Wanna play some volleyball?" He asked. I smile and nodded.
He gets the volleyball from his vehicle and we began to play with some other beach hotties. I got to the beach enough to know whether somebody is a piece of the beach hottie bunch. It's not so much a group yet me and Emma made it up for fun. One of the guys from the other side served the ball. The ball is heading straight to me so I hop and hit as hard as I can. It goes directly to the other side which gives me and Roy a point.
Me and Roy won but I don't know what the score was. It looks like I'm better at volleyball than I thought I was. The sport that I really want to play is soccer because it just seems fun and I think I can kick ass, kicking a ball in a net.
"Hey." a familiar voice came up behind me and hugged me. I grin, hoping it was Caleb but when I turned around. It's just Dylan being creepy
"What do you want?" I backed up.
"I'm sorry for chasing you, sweet tart." He sounds so fake. He just called me sweet tart and I really dislike those things. This nickname is cute but I don't want him calling me that. "I'm just hoping you won't tell Emma about us." He rubbed the back of his neck. Us? There is no us, he's just crazy. "Because if you do then I will make sure that you and Emma will never be friends again. And I know how much you can't live without her."
He's right. My life would be miserable without Emma then I would nobody to turn to for anything. The thought of my life without Emma made my heart beat faster and faster, more than usual. I felt a quick rush of panic come over me and put my hand over my chest to feel my heart ready to come out of my chest. My face gets really hot and then I blacked out.
