There was a bang as the bomb imploded

As the rain fell to the sky

As the dogs began to crawl

As the people began to dwell in water

As the warriors wanted peace

As the peacekeepers wanted war

And the only one around to hear

Was a deaf man

And the only one to see 

Was a blind woman

And the only one to taste

Was a person without tongue 

And the only one to feel 

Was an amputee with no brain

And the only one to smell

Was a snake

And everyone was fine with that
