“Well I’d pick up the phone.’ There are plenty of folks around here to help out.’
Ron lay back on the grass he closed his eyes momentarily. Sally picked up a piece of grass and tickled his ear with it
“Ron used his hand to flick what he thought was a fly away then it happened again and he looked over to see Sally teasing him with the grass him made a grab for her and then began to tickle her. She was in fits of laughter as he never let up. Then his head went down and they kissed; Sally opened the buttons on his shirt and kissed his chest. Soon after they were naked and making love on the hill; under the shade of a near by hedge.’
When it was over they dressed, climbed back on the horses and rode back to the ranch.
“Do you want to take a shower with me?’
“What about your mam and dad?’
It’s in my room and my parents don’t come in there.’
Ron ran upstairs after removing his boots and followed Sally into her room. They undressed then ran the water in the shower then stepped in. Playfully they threw soap suds at each other then he took hold of her and then kissed her breasts; he sank to his knees and explored her with his tongue until she moaned with the pleasure of it all. Her orgasm was strong; the spasm sent waves of ecstasy through her. He lifted her off her feet and soon he slid inside her. She wrapped her legs around him and held onto his neck as she rode him like a stallion.
Neither of them could get enough of each other and for the next ten nights they made love with so much passion.’
“Sally didn’t want him to leave when he said he was going; and to be honest Ron didn’t want to go. He’d manage to write six songs. Chris was demanding that he return and get started on the next album. He waved goodbye to Sally’s family and told Sally he’d ring her as soon as he got back to New York.
Some of the band members weren’t happy about him just swanning off, Hal Blaine expressed his concerns when Ron walked into the studio.’
“Hey listen you; you’ve only been with the band five bloody minutes so don’t you go spouting off to me.’
Paul Caffery then came to Hal’s defence saying “you are not the band man, just remember that.’
“Who writes all the songs then if I’m not the band?’
Fuck you then said Hal as he stormed out of the studio.’
Barry Smith said that they too had been trying to write some stuff whilst he had been away.’
“So now I’m not needed now is that it.’
“Well we haven’t been riding around on fucking horses and messin’ with a farmer’s daughters. “ We are rockers man; not fucking cowboys.’
“Alright then you want to go it alone, do it.’
“I don’t need you; I can get other band members. “Don’t forget I formed this band Paul; not you, not Barry, I did, and if Stan were alive today he would tell you all so as well. Now since this prick Blaine has come in he’s dictating who’s doing what.’
Now either we stay together and get rid of Blaine or I’m off on my own.’
“Come on Ron don’t be like this. Hal is okay once you get to know him.’
