2. Jaxon April 5th, 2016
Ding dong. “Ahh, the sound of the first customer.” I said to Simone.
“Well, Jaxon, you can’t always have it peaceful, especially in Java For You.” I know, I know. I just thought that I could have enough time to make myself a frappucino, I thought as I stood there looking at the first customer. She looked like the type of girl that would slack off in school to go and kiss the jocks.
“Umm, hi. Could I get a caramel macchiato, two pumps of caramel, and coconut milk instead of regular.”
“Would you like whipped cream on that as well, miss?”
“No, thank you. I’m actually trying to diet.” the girl said with a little giggle coming out. “You can obviously see how well that’s going considering that I’m already going back to my old habits. Getting coffee every morning.” Jeez, this girl even sounded like one of the populars during middle school. I don’t know why she seemed so giddy around me, especially considering the fact that I was trying to mask my hatred but it just kept showing itself.
“What’s your name?” I asked the girl.
“What? Oh, Kinsey. My name is Kinsey.”
