Creators Camp

How does a summer camp with your internet best friend and favourite YouTuber sound? What about having your whole past written in direct messages to that YouTuber with an abandoned Twitter account? What about having a past that could tear you away from the life you dream of living? It doesn't seem so easy anymore, does it?

17. Part 16.

A/N; This chapter is basically Ella reading the letter that Carrie gave her so excuse there being no dialogue, just roll with it xx. Oh and listen to Break The Distance by Ashton Edminster while reading this because trust me it gives you the feels that you need.

'Dear Ella,

Chances are that you're reading this at the airport because we all know that me giving you this letter and the warning on the envelope saying 'don't read until we're apart' is a lot of suspense for you. Lets just say that you don't do well with suspense, that much is obvious.

So I hope you're reading this without me (Ok well you are because I won't let you read it while you're in my presence).

When I first started to watch Trevor I never in my life imagined that I would meet somebody so amazing through the fandom. My luck changed.

Not only do I love Trevor but I also love you.

The day he posted that music video was hectic, because after all he just dropped it on us without much of a warning and the whole fandom was confused as to whether or not he had just came out or it was the story line. Plus that video destroyed me, much like Trevor does everyday.

But it was also the day that changed my life; because it was the day I met my best friend.

Our first interaction just proved that we had so much in common, we both had the same thoughts.

Ella, we proved that distance can't come between true friendship. We have been best friends over the internet for so long, we never skyped or face timed. It was all Twitter, Snapchat and texts.

But finally I met you in person. This past week has been nothing short of amazing. Hanging out with my best friend and one of our favourite YouTubers.

Even though we've already managed to drive Connor batty, it was still good to see him in person.

He won't forget us in a hurry will he?

You're probably wondering when I wrote this. Well it's the morning after our late night adventure, 4am to be precise. I can hear your soft breathing as you're cuddled up in your blanket fast asleep. But I'm laying on the ground writing this letter.

I really hope that one day we can live our idea life; adventure. We can go out and explore what this world has to offer.

We can live in an apartment together in LA reflecting on the time Connor in directed us on Twitter because of how crazy we drove him. He hasn't done that... yet. It'll happen.

But regardless of all this, I'm here to promise you that we will meet again.

You have been so happy and to see you smiling again means the world to me.

I hope you stay that way, the distance was always a barrier when I wanted to be there next to you making you believe things would be okay.

Ella... never ever forget me and remember I still want to see a Kangaroo ;)

Love you always,

Ps; I'm sorry about the photos I put in, I just couldn't resist ;)
