The Home From The 1960's

When a "loving friend" dare apparently fearless friends Sam and Abby to enter an abandoned home from the 1960's things get weird and possibly scary. Will they regret their actions or will they feel pity?

26. Should I Be Concerned?

Aryana's POV

Abby and Sam have been gone for 8 and a half hours now and they haven't tried contacting me.

I feel like I should go and get them.

But if I do that I would show weakness and that is exactly what I don't want to do.

Have I thought this through properly?

I don't know but I should go get my car and fill up on gas.

What if my parents figure out that I've skipped school?!
They will kill me!

Or worse, take away my phone and Starbucks gift cards!

Oh no.

What if Abby and Sam are dead?

I would be held responsible!

I could get charged and go to jail!

Or just get charged!
I really have to start thinking my plans through.

I am going to be in SO much trouble if they die or go missing.

I should go and check up on them.

I wouldn't be showing weakness because I'm not picking them up.

I'm a genius!

I just have to finish my frozen yogurt.

I've lost count of how many I've had but I know that I've had almost every flavor.

No, not 'oops,' I regret nothing!

I actually do regret it.

I finished my delicious treat then got to my new car.

It was my older sister's old car, which was a Mercedes Benz.

It's black on the exterior and beige on the interior.

I drove to the gas station, got gas, so on and so on.

I was finally ready and I then drove to the old creepy house.

"Okay, I can do this. If they are dead, I'll just blame it all on Megan. It's easy." I said to myself, trying to build up some confidence.

I blame Megan a lot so, she's use to it, but this time it's really serious.

As I pulled onto the street, I noticed a bunch of teenagers walking towards the old house.

Why would they do that?

I stopped my car beside a bunch of others and walked up to the house.

There was a party!

There were teenagers everywhere, drinking alcohol, making out and grinding on each other.

What happened and why wasn't I invited?

I'm going to have a serious talk with Abby and Sam once I find them and if they aren't drunk.

If they were drunk it would be pointless.

I walked inside and instantly regretted it, it smelt HORRIBLE!

I walked around shouting their names but I only got a few strangers and stares from strangers.

Are they even here?

Abby's POV
I think I had a bit too much to drink.

Eh, who cares?

"ABBY! IT'S ME, ARYANA! SAM! WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? THIS IS FUCKING SERIOUS! COME ON!" I heard my name being called as well as Sam's.

Is Aryana actually here?

Oh no, she can't be here!

What the hell is happening?

I think it may be the beer.

"Hey Abby?" Luke asked.

I nodded my head and looked at him with raised eyebrows.

"Is that the friend that dropped you off here? She's calling you and Sam, I think she wants to pick you guys up. You can't leave though, Sam doesn't even have a choice considering she is this special person/savior thingy to the demon I have to live with." He said while pointing to Aryana.

"Oh shit! Where do I hide?" I panicked.

Why am I panicking?

Luke took the beer out of my hands, put it on the counter, then grabbed my hand and lead me upstairs without Aryana noticing that I was here.

He lead me into a somewhat neat bedroom.

"Welcome to my room! Don't make too much noise or she might find you if she comes upstairs." Luke told me.

I chose to lay down on the bed and have a quick nap.

As soon as I closed my eyes, I was out like a light.

Sam's POV (1 hour after Abby's POV)

I yawned and sat up, still feeling like I have been drained of all my power and strength.

Oh yeah!
I was!
I rubbed my eyes then looked around the room I was put in.

I noticed Michael sleeping on the couch then I noticed the loud music coming from downstairs.

Oh yeah!

I thin that Abby and Luke threw a party!
I heard a voice coming from the hallway so I sat at the edge of the bed then listened.

Aryana's here!
I need to wake up Michael.

The only thing was, my body ached so bad and I could barely stand up.

I crawled over to the couch, constantly wincing in pain and shook Michael's shoulders.

It hurt me and I'm guessing it hurt him too.

"Michael! Aryana the girl who dropped me here is in the halls looking for me and Abby! Please wake up!" I whisper-shouted to Michael as he slowly opened his eyes.

"Alright, Sam, where is she again?"

"She's outside in the hallways! Outside the door to be exact, she's gonna open it soon." I told him quietly.

"Okay, if she opens the door, what will make her leave as soon as she sees the door's open?" Michael asked.

"Um, I don't know Michael. There is a party downstairs with a bunch of drunk and horny teenagers, who probably came upstairs for obvious reasons." I said to him sarcastically.

"Okay, we're not doing 'it' though, right?"

I rolled my eyes at him.

Why would he think that?

Both of us can barley even stand up by ourselves!

"NO! We are not! I can barely stand up either."

Just then, the door opened and I'm guessing that Aryana was the one who opened it.

"Sam? Are you in there?" She asked.

In order for her not to see me, I dug my face into Michael's neck to make sure that she didn't see it.

Michael tried to hide his face also but I don't think that it worked too well.

"Sorry, I'll let you two get back to that. Again, sorry." With that, she closed the door and I heard her walk down the stairs.

I let out a big sigh of relief.

What about Abby?

"That was close." Michael said.

I looked up at him with a worried expression on my face.

His eyes widen then went back to normal as if none of it was an issue.

"I'm sure she'll be fine, after all, she is with Luke. Besides, we can't do much Sam. We're so weak and as you keep on saying, we can't even stand up without extra support. She'll be okay, don't worry." He tried to comfort.

I nodded then sat in front of the couch, resting my back against the front cushions.

Abby's POV
Well, here we go again!

I can't believe that Aryana is here!

Looking for Sam and I!

This is so much for me to take in!

I miss my dogs and cats.

Also my rats and other pets.

Do they miss me?

I'm so random.

"Do we wait for Aryana to leave?" I asked Luke.

"I guess. I can go out and check every ten minutes or so because you can't let her see you."

"What about Sam? Isn't she asleep? She won't know if Aryana is here."

"I'll take you upstairs and leave you with her. She's probably still with Michael." Luke told me.

I nodded, then he took my hand (I know, again!) and lead me to the top floor.

He walked into some sort of room and I saw Michael sleeping on a couch with Sam sleeping in front of it, while leaning on the front of that same couch.

"Michael's room?" I asked quietly.

Luke just nodded then left the room after letting go of my hand.

I walked towards the couch and shook Michael so he would wake up.

"What do you want?" He mumbled while sitting up and rubbing his eyes.

"I'm bored and Luke dropped me off here."

"Go sit on the bed and play on your phone or something, I'm tired." Michael tried to tell me.

"What about Sam?" I asked trying to annoy him.

"She's asleep and she's tired."

"Why are YOU sleeping on the COUCH and SHE is sleeping on the FLOOR?"

I mean like, at least a gentleman for a minute or two.

"Sam was sleeping on the bed and I was on the couch but she woke up because the Aryana girl was in the halls looking for you two so then she woke me up. We hid our faces to make it look like we were kissing so she would leave, then she fell asleep on the floor and I was going to move her but then I fell asleep." Michael explained.

"Well next time don't 'let her stay on the floor and be a good person!" I said too loud.

"Shut up." Sam mumbled.

"Well great job Michael You woke her up!" I blamed, still being quite loud.

"You are the loud one here." He protested.
