1. I'm grateful for my Photography teacher because she treats us all as actual artists rather than just bored students sat in a classroom. She makes the effort to walk around the room and speak to us individually, getting to know what we're interested in and what we're actually good at. She's the only teacher I've ever had who is willing to leave you alone if you're in the middle of doing something important or to sit down with you for the entire lesson and talk about the direction your project is going in.
2. I'm grateful that 'Beauty in the Breakdown' hit 2000 views and that 'Heart' has reached over 3600 views. It's crazy to think that so many people (yes, I realise it isn't 2000 different people) have been interested enough to even take a look at my stories, let alone read and leave so many positive comments on them. Also, I'm grateful that Movellas featured both of these stories on the homepage at some point: 'Heart' when it first came out, 'Beauty in the Breakdown' only this week. I love that this website is willing to promote the users, even going as far as to hand pick the stories that are being displayed.
3. I'm grateful that I managed to score 1 1/2 rounders in PE even though I have limited hand-eye-coordination at the best of times and managed to get hit in the head, hand, and chest with the ball all in one lesson. I can't hit the ball to save my life but I'm a fast runner and I managed to score the extra half for being 'obstructed', meaning I ran into one of the people on base and they got blamed for getting in my way. I still hate rounders with a passion.
