A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.


26. The Twenty-Sixth Day

Today's 3 good things are: 


76. For the feeling that someone or everyone cares about you. I would like to tell you that no matter what you are doing, reading a book or jamming along to your favourite tunes, that someone out there anyone in the world cares and thinks about you. What you’ve done today is an accomplishment I am proud of what I’ve done and what you’ve done. Maybe tomorrow you’ll do a bit more, write a new chapter in your book, or take your dog on a walk. It all helps and that feeling of closeness makes the day that bit easier to navigate.


77. Narwhals because if they do truly exist than unicorns could also and that means that Scotland’s national animal could be truly witnessed!


78. Dance and all of the over sweet moves that might be classed as such.

That jam in our bones makes everything just that bit happier. The ability to flounce and flail just because of the intensity or tune of a song is a freedom that can’t be reached by anything other.
