A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.

20. The Twentieth Day

Today is Friday, enough said:

58. People for saying morning when you first meet them.

Because that always brings a smile to my face and makes me more awake than I am on an early morning. Plus it means I can avoid the long conversations when my brain doesn’t work properly on a morning.

59. Those who say maybe it’s time to take a break and unstress, because they prevent you from over-exerting yourself.

60. First moves.

They have to be made eventually but when they do happen it gets the ball moving for progress. My Mum and sister don’t have a great relationship and they are both stubborn as mules so a first move to rebuilding that means that our family has the possibility of being restored in the future.
