A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.


30. The Thirtieth Day

My Three Good Things of a Bank Holiday morning are: 

88. Newly washed sheets for providing that heavenly scent that makes you just that more comfortable on a night time and on a morning.


89. All of my frames of mind:

Throughout the day I can experience hundreds of different frames of mind and for some reason I actually pictured them as frames. There is the creative frame, the one that I draw and shade in myself because I’m in the mood for drawing. Also there is the over analytical frame which is a magnifying glass that I use to scrutinize the things I do. Finally there is the unframed frame which I can’t class myself into. Wow my mind is a strange one.


90. Dreams that feel like hours but only last minutes. These dreams make me feel amazed at my own brain and its capabilities plus it means that I can fit more improbable dreams within a short span of sleep and that makes me happy because my mind can be a wonderful place.
