A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.


6. The Sixth Day


Today was another normal day. I don’t know how you can rephrase that:

16. Fridays.

There is nothing better than knowing that tomorrow you don’t have to get up early and do the normal weekly routine. Saturday is still a busy day, but the extra sleep and feeling of free time is enough to get me through.

17. Takeaways.

There is nothing greater than pigging out on favourite food, especially since it is a break from healthy eating. This is even better when it doesn’t take an hour to arrive and instead only takes ten. A full stomach is a happy stomach. Not everybody has that feeling. I can only thank food babies enough.

18. Hairbands.

I’m in the process of growing out my fringe, and it can get annoying sometimes. Scratch that, all the time. So a hairband to keep it off of my face feels so much better than hair in my eyes. It makes the process easier and gets sunlight to the forehead which hasn’t seen the light of day since I was four years old.
