A Large Amount of Gratitude (3 Good Things)

So I’d like to share a ever growing list of fundamental things that I feel grateful for. I usually only reflect on one or a few of these things when I need to but I thought a list like this one could be helpful both for you and for me. And maybe not every item on this list works in your life, then take what works from here and create and add to put together your own list.


18. The Eighteenth Day

Today has been a day:

52.  The clothes that fit a bit too snug because they let me know that I’ve got enough to eat.

Body positivity is a hard thing to obtain for some people, they see themselves and they aren’t happy. They try to change this by not eating enough and thinking I have to lose weight. These clothes make me revel in my food babies and this body because I know I have a full fridge of food to eat. Some people don’t feel they can do that, and some don’t have it at all. I am happy with my body for this because food gives me the energy to do the many things I love. That positivity is something to be grateful for.


53. My shadow who watches me work and do the things I do because then I am out in the sunshine. The sunshine is always a positive thing in live because it provides light amongst the mental and physical darkness.


54. The huge piles of ironing and laundry in the spare room.

They may seem daunting mountains to many but they let me know that my family are nearby. We also have the technology in order to wash them instead of having to do so ourselves with soup and water. Life is made easier than it could be.
