it down then underline the verbs, vowels, and nouns. “Easy peasy” he thought as he waited until the rest of his class arrived.

Mrs Jenkins was an attractive young teacher; she was only twenty three and this was her first year at the school. Everyone liked her especially the boys because she looked like the actress Lana Turner. All the girls wished they looked like her and all the boys had a crush on her.

She smelled nice too. Irene Jenkins would stand behind him then look at his work and he could feel her breasts as she leant over him. The smell of her perfume sent him into another world.

She had the most startling eyes that he’d ever seen on a woman. They were emerald green and her long wavy hair rested upon her shoulders.

She wore a tight white blouse and a navy blue skirt. She had stockings on with a black line at the back and he wondered how far that line went up her shapely legs.

Her black heels made her taller than she actually was which he guessed was five feet five.

He sailed through his lesson as if in some dream land, he watched her every movement; the way she walked, the way she smiled, the movement of her breasts as she bent over. They seemed to have a life all of their own. He imagined her standing naked before him and he could feel himself stiffening in his trousers. He couldn’t help himself though and he wondered if she could see his erection from under his desk.

The bell for break brought him back to reality and his penis went flaccid. He put his books back into his desk then grabbed a bottle of milk from the crate in the corner.

He walked out into the yard to meet his friends; he felt a sense of guilt not thinking about his mother but it wasn’t as if she was dying.

He’d seen her drunk before; many times in fact but this was the first time that she’d been carted off to hospital.

Philip McEvoy came over with Eric.’

“Where were you this mornin’ we waited in the backer’s for you?’

“My mam’s in hospital.’

“Oh, is she alreet then?’

“I don’t know but they are keeping her in for six weeks.’

“You can come oot wi us the neet then because your mam aint here.’

“Aye, that’s right; where we gannin’ like?’

“Whey, we could gan to the park and play rounder’s or sneak into the pictures to see James Cagney in “Angels wi dorty faces.’

“Do you think we can all get in like; said Eric?’

“Whey aye, wor Geordie is gan wi two of his mates and they will open the fire exit for us and all we have to do is wait in the bog until wor kid brings us the tickets then we just calmly walk to our seats that he has kept for us.’

“Brilliant.’

“What time we meetin’ up then?’
