2. Jack's P.O.V.

Tap!

A sharp, quick sound on my wall revealed that my sister was awake.

Tap!

I sat up in my makeshift bed of hay and waited for another tap.

Tap!

"What are you doing, Rylee?" I whispered to myself.

Tap!

The taps were getting louder.
Tap!

Tap!

Tap!

Tap!

BOOM!

PLOP!

A loud noise came from the other side of the wall. That was the only wall that was shared by my sister's room. I got up from my nice, warm bed and walked to the door that led into Rylee's room. I slowly opened the door, revealing Rylee sitting cross-legged on the floor, beside hundreds of rocks. They were all sizes, from the pebbles that were barely visible, to huge boulders that were twice as big as me, and probably weighed quadruple my weight.

"Rylee, what is going on?" I asked, walking into the room.

Rylee looked up at me. "Isn't it obvious?" she asked.
"No," I said, confusedly.

Rylee looked at the large stack of rocks beside her. "It isn't obvious?"

"No."
She frowned. "I'm throwing rocks at the wall."

I looked down at her stack of various sizes of rocks. "Why?"
"I...don't know. I just felt like it."

I rolled my eyes, laughing inside, but acting like I was displeased and confused on the outside. "Okay," I said plainly, walking out of the room.
