Tree of Words

10. River

Let's sit by the river,

my autumn leaf,

while green afternoons get ripe.

I want to watch life

pass by

as you hold me on this earth.

I will unfold

every secret

in your skin,

while I kiss

the blossom

of your heart.

With my feet

in the soaked sand,

I will comb

the red warm meadows

of your hair,

tasting the aroma

of your naked glow.

Just let me lie,

my autumn leaf,

on your breasts,

and bless me

with your tide.
