"Well... L-Looks like we'll have to share it..."

“I-I could sleep on the couch, if ye want…” Jack said, motioning towards the couch in the corner of the room.

“No, No… It’s okay, I’ll sleep on the couch, it’s really no problem.” Mark shrugged.

“Well, I could as well, it’s nothin’.” Jack responded.

“W-Why don’t we just share the bed?” Mark mumbled, hoping it wasn’t too much of an awkward question.

“Uh, sure… I-I guess…” Murmured Jack with a soft shrug of the shoulders. The two boys dropped their bags on the floor at the end of the bed. Jack pulled his top off before rummaging through his bag to find a different one.

“Hey… Jack?” Mark started. The boy looked up at his best friend.

“Mmm, Yeah Marky?” Jack asked.

“Umm, I don’t want to sound awkward or anything but… Is it alright if I sleep like… in only my boxers…?” Asked Mark.

“Um…” Jack hummed nervously, “Y-Yeah… I-I guess…” Jack knew this was a really bad idea, he could barely take a fully clothed Mark, let alone a seventy-five percent naked one!

“Alright, I don’t have pajamas really, I always sleep like this.” Mark smiled and pulled his shirt over his head, revealing his perfectly chiseled torso. Mark was really muscular, no matter what he said, his body was gorgeous. Jack couldn’t take his eyes off the others perfect chest that made him feel weak. Mark’s pants were soon on the floor and that made Jack pray that he didn’t get a bulge. Seeing Mark like that made Jack want to kiss the other and do bad things to him. He knew it was wrong and that if Mark could hear what he was thinking that Mark would never talk to him again.

“What’cha staring at Jackaboy?” Mark winked, catching the other watching him. Jack’s face turned a blazing crimson.

“Uh… N-Not much!” He went back to digging through his bag, deciding he didn’t need a shirt and just grabbing his septic eye pajama bottoms and hurrying to the bathroom to get himself calmed down. Once Jack had gotten in there he tried to get the image of Mark’s sexy body out of his head, he knew this was a bad idea and now he had to sleep in a bed, the same bed, as his extremely perfect best friend.

“Jack? You alright?” He heard his friend call, how long had he been in there?

“Erm, I’m fine! Just warshin’ up!” Shouted Jack, he quickly pulled his clothing off and tugged his PJ bottoms on. Once he finished getting dressed he exited the washroom to find his almost nude friend laying in the bed with his laptop out, typing away.

“What’cha doin’?” Jack smiled, dropping his clothes in his bag and jumping onto the bed next to Mark.

“Just replying to some of my fans on YouTube, I almost have five-hundred subs now!” Mark smiled excitedly to the boy next to him.

“That’s so cool! Congrats man!” Jack loved seeing Mark happy like this, it just made him feel happy as well.

“I know, I’m so tired though, who knew driving for around eighteen hours was so tiring.” Mark, closed his laptop and curled up in bed, “I’m freezing.” He grumbled.

“Do ye want me sweater.” Jack asked, softly as he shut the bedside light off.

“I-It’s alright Jacky.” Mark said gently. Jack nodded and slid down in the covers, He wasn’t tired anymore…

It was about two AM and Jack was still laying there awake now he was getting tired but he still couldn’t sleep. Jack rolled over, laying on his stomach, his head turned toward Mark, who was facing the opposite direction. Jack was just beginning to doze off when Mark rolled over, his arm falling over Jack’s bare back, his chest pressed against Jack’s side. The boy’s breath hitched, stuck in his throat. He let it out unsteadily. It felt amazing, this is what Jack wanted, only for it to be known and cute and both of them in love. All he wanted was to call Mark his and for Mark to do the same to him. He fell asleep with no problem now.

Mark woke up to his bare skin tingling, pressed against Jack’s bare skin. He could feel his heart beating rapidly in his chest and his breaths were uneven and unsteady. He bit down on his lip as hard as he could, it started to bleed, his mouth filling with the taste of copper. Jack snored softly and Mark just inhaled deeply, wanting to wake the boy and kiss him hard. Mark was so in love that it hurt, he just wanted Jack as his own, he hated seeing him with other girls, knowing that he was probably trying to get in their pants. He hated seeing Jack with anybody but him, he was so paranoid that he was going to find someone that’s not him. All the thoughts flooding Mark made him want to slit his wrists, laying there by himself his mind convinced him that it was a good idea to put gashes in his arms. He sat up and went to get off the bed only to wake Jack.

“Where ye goin’?” Jack slurred sleepily.

“I-I…” Mark wanted to just say he was getting a drink or had to pee or something but he knew that he had to tell Jack, Jack cared about Mark more than anyone, “Please don’t get mad at me Jacky… I’m sorry…”

“What, did ye do somethin’?” Jack rubbed his eyes.

“I-I was gonna… I was gonna… H-Hurt myself…” Mark whimpered.

“What!? Why? Ye could just wake me and talk to me!” Jack was now sitting up tears in his eyes.

“I’m sorry, I-I just I have some stuff I’m kinda having trouble with and I just… Didn’t know what to do.” Mark apologized.

“What’s wrong? What’s gotten ye so upset.” Jack rubbed his eyes again sleepily.

“It’s nothing, just a crush, it’s stupid.” Mark tried to play it off as if it wasn’t that bad.

“Who is it?” Jack asked, now angry and upset slightly, Mark was his even if he wasn’t Mark’s. He needed to know what he was up against.

“Nobody, it’s not important.”

“It’s okay, I know how ye feel, I have some crush issues as well.” Jack half-smiled.

“Who do you like?” Mark asked, raising an eyebrow.

“Erm! N-Nobody…” Jack jumped slightly, “Do you feel any better now?” Jack asked softly.

“No…” Jack suddenly noticed that Mark had been scratching at his wrist, it was now bright red and bleeding from him scratching at it.

“Holy shite! Mark, what the bloody ‘ell ye do!?” Jack grabbed Marks hand away from his arm and dragged him to the bathroom to clean his arm. Jack turned the cold water on, placing Mark’s arm beneath it.

“Ouch! That hurts!” Mark tried to jerk his arm back but Jack held it in place under the tap.

“I’m sorry Markimoo, yeer arm could get infected if ye don’t clean it first.” Jack said, using his mother voice.

“Ugh, it stings!” Mark whined.

“Just hold it there while I get the bandages.” Jack went out to his bag and grabbed the small bandage box from it. Jack was always a bit over prepared, he may not seem like it but he certainty was.

“Alright, let’s clean up yeer wrist.” Jack grabbed the boy’s arm and dried it, dabbing the towel gently against his soft skin. He carefully placed a couple of bandages against his tender skin.

“Thanks you Jacky, I’m sorry make you upset this late at night.” Mark rubbed his eyes, yawning. He stretched tiredly, Jack staring at his tightened muscles, impure thoughts came to his mind, making him quickly shake them away.

“It-It’s fine Mark, ye feelin' any better?” Jack replied, giving his friend a gentle smile.

“No.” Mark hung his head, picking at the bandages.

“Okay, let’s go for a walk. The fresh air helps me a lot, and stop that.” Jack swatted Mark’s hand away from the bandages.

“I’d rather just go to bed.” Mark shrugged.

“Nope, not till you feel better.” Jack replied, “Put some clothes on.”

“Fine.” Grumbled Mark as he went to put something on, Jack followed pulling on a shirt tiredly.

“It’s so fucking cold.” Mark pouted, rubbing his exposed arms.

“Here, ye can wear this.” Jack offered, holding his hoodie out.

“Oh you don’t have to-“

“I’m not cold, it’s fine.” Jack nodded and handed it to the shivering boy.

“Thank you Jack.” Mark looked over at the boy, feeling a pain in his chest, knowing that Jack would never be his.

“No problem.” Jack smiled as Mark tugged it over his head, Jack’s hoodie had been pretty big on him but it fit Mark perfectly. Mark was surrounded by the boy’s sent, he smelled so good, Mark loved it.

The two made their way down the still slightly crowded streets, the bright city lights were blinding in the darkness. Mark and Jack didn’t say much, they just walked with each other silently through the crowds, listening to the sounds of the city. It was one of the best nights that they’d ever had.

“Top of the mornin' to ya' laddies!” Mark called waking his best friend up.

“Eww, fuck off, stop quotin' me.” Grunted Jack tiredly.

“Wake up! We have places to be!” Mark bounced around the room, over enthusiasticly.

“It’s too early for this amount of enthusiasm.” Jack pulled the blankets over his head.

“Come on! We have to go out!” Groaned Mark, throwing himself on top of Jack who was curled up under the covers.

“Oof! Ugh, get yeer fat arse off of me!” Jack shouted from beneath the covers.

“Get up with me and I will.”

“Ye have to get off me first ye little shite!” Jack squirmed around under Mark.

“Oh… Yeah.” Mark hopped off of Jack who sat up, rubbing his chest where Mark had landed on him.

“Where we goin'?” Asked Jack rubbing his eyes.

“The Space Needle!” Exclaimed Mark excitedly.

“Uh!” Jack’s eyes wide, it would have been really fun and Jack really, really loved seeing the way Mark’s eyes lit up when looking around, Jack loved to go sight seeing with Mark, though it may not be his thing, Mark just loved it, he was always so excited about it, that’s what Jack wanted to see. It would be great to watch Marks excitement, if only he wasn’t deathly afraid of nights.

“Hmm? What’s wrong?” Mark asked, seeing the fear in his eyes.

“I-I’m fine, it’s nothin' I’m good.” Jack tried not to sound nervous. Jack was determined to do this to make Mark happy, even if it killed him.

Jack was shuffling along side Mark in the giant room of the Space Needle, Jack was having the worst panic attack, it was so bad he could barely speak and felt faint, he was also shaking and having trouble breathing. He was still trying for Mark’s sake.

“Are you okay Jack?”

“Uh- Y-Yeah.. I-I'm fine..” His words were almost incoherent.

“You sure, you seem kinda out of it.” Mark prodded.

“Y-Yeah, I’m G-Great.” Jack was mostly trying to convince himself now. He felt like the walls were caving in on him, or like he was drowning, completely horrific. Jack looked down seeing the ground, over six-hundred feet below him, he tried to look away but couldn’t, “Fuck.” He breathed. Jack clenched his fists at his sides, sucking in a deep breath. Jack heard a woman screech from behind him, making him jump and grab onto Mark, finding his voice again.

“Mark! I wanna leave! I hate heights and I think I’m dying, I can’t breath and I wanna go!” Jack spoke with out one breath. His panicked state got worse, causing him to grip onto Mark as tightly as he possibly could.

“What?! Why didn’t you just tell me?!” Mark’s eyes widened.

“I didn’t want to ruin yeer day.” Jack’s breath was constricted, causing him to have to force each and every word to come out from between his lips.

“Jack, as long as I had you with me I would have had a great time!”  Mark explained, seeing how much Jack was struggling for breath, “We’re almost out, don’t worry.” Mark placed an arm around his friend’s shoulder in attempt to make him feel better.

Once they got back down to the ground Jack collapsed onto his knees, breathing in the fresh outside air. He was gasping for air, trying not to pass out from the lack of oxygen in his lungs.

“How ya' doing Jacky?” Mark crouched beside him.

“I’m nauseous as fuck and can’t breath, other than that I’m great.” Jack looked over at Mark with tired eyes.

“Good, just don’t scare me like that ever again.”  Mark scolded.

“I’m really sorry Mark, I-I didn’t know we’d be up that high or that I’d freak that bad.” Pouted Jack, “I’ll make it up to you for ruining your day, I promise.”

Link sat on his bedroom floor, knees hugged to his chest, he’d been trying to call Rhett all day. Rhett though, wouldn’t answer his phone.

“Hey, it’s Rhett! I can’t get to the phone right now but leave a message!” The beep signaling him to leave a message. Link started to cry, firing his phone across the room in frustration.

“Fuck!” Shouted Link, “God fucking damn it!” He cursed. That’s when he decided to head over to his ex-lovers house. He needed his best friend, no, he needed his boyfriend.

Charles grabbed his car keys and darted down the stairs and out the front door. Link rushed to Rhett’s place, as fast as he could without getting pulled over. Once at his friend’s house he jogged up to the front door. He raised his hand, about to have it make contact with the door but stopped, he was suddenly scared shit-less. What if he’s mad at me? What if he’s found someone better? What if he doesn’t love me anymore…?

He swallowed hard and slammed his knuckles against the door and waited.

“It’s unlocked!” Rhett called from the other side of the door. Link hesitated again, waiting a moment before gripping the knob and turning it. Once open, the familiar sent of his lover filled him. He wandered into the living room to find Rhett laying on the couch, watching movies.

“Um… H-Hey…” Link murmured.

“Charles?!” Rhett Jumped, sitting up on his bed.

“Yeah… I-I wanted to talk to you…” Link said, not looking at the boy.

“What about?” Asks Rhett.

“The- The thing…” Link mumbled.

“Oh, um… Wanna talk in my room?”

Mark was laying on the couch in their hotel room, watching some movies on Netflix. Jack was chilling in the bedroom researching places to take Mark to apologize for that morning.

“Jack! Come watch movies with me!” Mark whined like a two year old.

“I’m busy, later!” Jack replied, completely focused on finding somewhere fun to go.

“But Jacky!” Mark groaned.

“I promise we can watch movies together later, I’m tryin’ to do somethin’!” Jack called.

Fine.” Mark sighed loudly, pressing play on the remote and going back to watching the Lion King by himself.

As Jack continued looking on his laptop he suddenly heard Mark burst into song from the other room, “Can you feel the love tonight!” Mark cried out, making Jack smile and laugh, shaking his head a bit. Jack loved Mark, he was so cute all the time and he’s so sweet and full of life.

Jack skimmed over the page until his eyes hit, Highland Ice Arena. He knew Mark was very light on his feet so he assumed that he’d be a great skater. He jumped from the bed, tossing the computer to the side and tugged one of his hoodies on, grabbing another and a pair of Mark’s pants and rushed into the living area to where Mark was. Jack tossed the extra hoodie and pants over at Mark.

“Put those on, we’re going out.” Jack said excitedly.

“What? I don’t wanna, I want to watch movies.” Replied Mark.

“Come on! I want to go out, I found a cool place, let’s go!” Jack was trying really hard to get Mark to go, he really wanted to see Mark gracefully twirling around the ice rink, a huge smile on his face while Jack clutched the sides to keep from falling over, he sucked at skating.

“Fine, you have to watch movies with me all day tomorrow then.” Mark crossed his arms, sitting up.

“Yay! Okay, let’s go, get dressed!” Jack pushed, making Mark smiled.

“Why are you all excited?” Mark asked, knowing Jack was never really this excited.

“Because I… I just am, I don’t know.” Jack shrugged, smiling as he thought of how cute Mark was going to look.

“Alrighty then.” Mark smiled as well, now fully dressed.

“Let’s go!” Jack grabbed Mark’s arm and dragged him out of the room and down to the street.

“Skating?” Asked Mark as Jack dragged him into the building, “I wouldn’t think you’d like skating, you’re don’t have very good coordination skills.” A chuckle escaped Jack’s lips.

“I’m really not good at it, I just thought ye may like it ‘cause ye’re really light on ye feet, I dunno, just a guess.” Jack shrugged, unsure if Mark hated it or not.

“I bet you won’t believe this but I’ve never, ever been skating.” Mark shrugged.

“Really!?” Jack’s eyes widened, “I bet ye’ve got a natural gift there.”

“I don’t know, maybe?” Mark smiled, “It seems really fun though.”

The two got their skates on and went out onto the ice and just as Jack had predicted, Mark was amazing, a complete natural. Jack was actually better than he’d expected, he could surprisingly keep himself up right which was nice. Jack was mostly just watching Mark spin and twirl around the ice with an elegant grace in it. He looked so happy and Jack couldn’t help but smile.

“Come on Jackaboy, Have some fun.” Before Jack could protest, Mark had grabbed his hands and begun spinning him around. Mark let go of one of Jack’s hands, Whirling Jack beneath his arm, like a professional dancer. Stopping their twisting suddenly, catching Jack as he stumbled, unable to stop by himself. Mark let go of Jack who almost slipped but caught himself quickly.

“Ye’re so good, ye could be a professional!” Jack smiled brightly, so glad that he’d decided to bring Mark there. Someone suddenly slammed into Jack, and him being so unsteady on his feet caused him to fall, Mark attempting to catch him only for their heads to collide, but it wasn’t that simple, no. Mark and Jack had accidentally kissed…
