“We have test fields on Wildacre where we supply the market with new types of vegetables. Last year we grew kohlrabi which is a cross between a turnip and a cucumber; it can be used in salads or eaten in soups and stews.’
“Garlic and chillies are something that we are also looking at growing in the test field.’
Would you like a tour of the farm Adrianna; I will show you where Jackie works.’

“Why do you grow organic fruit Brian?

“It’s a wonderful idea.’

“Yes,’ they are and the good thing about our fruit and vegetables is we sell “Organic wobbly produce.’
“Wobbly what is this?’
“Oh sorry, bent or misshaped fruit and vegetables.’
