Anahi wore a yellow coloured dress with a string of pearls around her long neck and dropped pearl earrings to match and white sandals. She tied her hair over one shoulder then put on a pair of sun glasses.

“How do I look she asked?

Wow! You look amazing; said George and she really was; as she linked his arm as he stood in his white suit and Panama hat and brown crocodile shoes. As they walked along people couldn’t help but look at Anahi she was a vision of beauty.

He opened the door for her in the burgundy Jaguar. Then he watched as everyone stopped to look at him Anahi and the highly polished car.

He drove through the streets knowing all eyes would be watching him and he felt good.

It took them and hour to reach her mothers house and Anahi ran out to greet them.

“Jorge’ are you not coming in for a moment.”

Sorry Anahi love; I must go; I have a meeting in an hour.

Anahi leaned in and kissed George softly on his lips.

“Te veo mas tarde, (See you later) said George to her mother.

Te Amo Jorge’ (I love you) replied Anahi as George stuck his hand out of the car and drove away.

George was going to have to tell her when he returned that he would have to go back to England for a week on business. He would leave her at her parent’s house knowing that she would be safe and wouldn’t go out unless it was with her parents.

He had told Anahi about his son in England who was now coming up to four years old.

“He didn’t want children with Anahi yet as Spanish women sometimes were renowned for putting on weight after pregnancy. He could not see himself with a fat woman no matter how he loved her. Being seen with a beautiful woman made him feel important and he loved to see the envy in the eyes of other business men who nearly fell over themselves to talk to her. But Anahi loved him and him alone.

He met Anahi whilst he was looking to buy some land to build on in Cala Santander.

She was walking home with some shopping from the market as he drove past. She was only eighteen then. He stopped the car and asked if she would like a lift. Of course she refused. George drove along side of her all the way to her house. When her father came out George introduced himself and invited them all out to dinner that evening. Carlos Cabello and his wife Bonito agreed to come after George helped him fix some loose tiles on his roof. George rung his building team and had the roof repaired and the house painted that afternoon. Well Carlos couldn’t thank George enough and when he asked Carlos if he could date his daughter he agreed.
