Harry and I decide to go out on the beach. It's been a couple of days since the guys left. I missed them, they were fun to be around too.
Harry and I have had a movie night and we also went to a dance club.
I lay down on my towel and close my eyes, enjoying the warm day.
Harry was in the water, at least, he was supposed to be. That's where he told me he'd be.
Next thing I know, water is dripping on my stomach.
I open my eyes seeing that Harry is bent over looking at me.
"The waters great!" He says.
I laugh. He helps me up and as we walk to the water, I hear someone.
"Dang girl! You're looking hotter than the sun."
I turn around to see a group of guys staring at me and Harry.
Harry's holding my hand.
"Excuse me? Are you talking to my girlfriend?" Harry asks.
The guys' eyes widen.
"Whoa! She's you're girlfriend?"
"Yeah, you got something to say?" Harry asks.
"No man, sorry, we just thought---"
"Well, you thought wrong! Leave!" Harry says.
The guys start walking away.
"Wolves!" Harry says.
I laugh remembering the words he had said no too long ago.
"Thank you Harry." I say.
"No problem, but you will be my girlfriend, right?"
I laugh. "Sure Styles." I say.
He chuckles and kisses me. We start walking into the water.
Wolves, Harry described guys like that as wolves.... He said that I was considered their prey, but I wonder.... If they're wolves, and I'm their prey, then what am I?
"Harry?" I ask.
"You remember when you were talking about guys like that being wolves?" I ask.
"Yeah, why?" He asks.
"Well, if they're wolves, and I'm their prey, then what animal am I?"
Harry laughs at my question.
"Alex, you really want me to describe you as an animal?"
"Well, I wanna know what kind of prey I am." I say with a smile.
"Ok, since their wolves and you're their prey.... I would have to describe you as an innocent deer. You kind of have the personality of a deer. You're cautious and always on alert. You're also innocent and unaware of the danger everywhere."
"So, I'm a deer?" I say.
"Yep." He says.
"Then what are you?" I ask.
He thinks about it. "I guess I'd have to be a deer too, to be with you." He says.
"But what kind of animal describes your personality?" I ask.
He thinks on it more.
"I guess then I'd have to be a fox or cheetah."
Whoa, whoa, whoa, we went from forest animals to amazon animals???" I say.
"Why would you consider yourself a fox? Or a cheetah?" I ask.
"A fox, because I couldn't catch a deer by myself, so I wouldn't really harm you I don't guess.... A cheetah, because I can be--- Nah, I'm not gonna tell you that."
"What is it too personal?" I ask.
"Well it involves a be---"
I plug my ears. "NO, NO, NO!"
So for the rest of the day I try to figure out what kind of animal Harry would be, but come up with nothing.
