Monday morning is a sad, lonely one for me. It's one of those days that I just want to listen to sad music... I have my headphones in as I leave for work and as I enter the shop, Celia notices my mood.
"Wallowing in sad music again?" She asks.
I nod. "Yeah." I sigh.
Going into the back I bring out some stuff, stocking again. Then I run the register for a while.
I let Celia take her lunch break and then when she comes back, she helps me dress up the mannequins.
"Thank you for helping me do this. It's just since we're not super busy right now, I thought it'd give you something to do."
"I actually like doing this, it makes me feel like a fashion designer dressing up models."
I laugh. "I know."
We put the clothes on them and then head back out to the main floor.
"Celia, since it's not busy would you mind watching the store while I run something down to the post office?"
"No, I'd love too." She says.
"I'll be back soon." I say.
I leave the store putting my headphones in and start making my way down the street.
Today, I was thinking of my parents, I was also thinking of Harry again, which did not help me whatsoever!
He was even in my dreams last night! How could he affect me this much?
I was listening to a favorite song of mine that had just came out, If I Could Fly.
Rain starts to come down. It's just a drizzle, but to me, it feels like a downpour.
Walking in the rain was good for me sometimes, I watched people pull out umbrellas but I just keep walking.
Soon, I reach the post office and walk in to find that no ones really there.
I drop the letter in the mail. It was too a friend of mine who now lives in Paris. I was wondering how she was and if she'd ever moved in to her apartment.
She was just sharing a house with a family, but then decided to get her own apartment.
I turned around and left, walking back towards the shop....
A/N: I know the last two chapters have been short, but the next one will be longer...
