The Angel On a Mission

My name is Anica. I live in Heaven. I killed myself when my sister, Linoca, committed suicide because she was bullied. My heart was broken when I found out. So, I killed myself, as to join her. When I entered the afterlife, I couldn't find Linoca and when I asked fellow angels if they knew her, they only gasped in fear and vanished from me. This is my mission to find out what happened to Linoca and why everybody fears her name.

2. Rushing to help

I was cycling home from school, when I saw Siofra, Alangea and... Kila giggling together. They are the class bullies. They had just walked out of the forest which was unusual since they hate nature. I cycled past them escaping their filthy remarks.

"Oh! Fancy that, it is Anica-the-dark-hole!" Kila shot at me.

I scowled at her and left my bike on the bike rack. I ran into the forest.

"Don't you dare go in there!" Alangea screeched at me.

"Why not?" I asked with a grim smile, "What did you do?"

Complete shock appeared on their white, ugly faces.

I sprinted into the forest, with them scuttling behind me in their fancy high-heels.

  "Ew!" "Yuck!" "THESE ARE NEW!"

Then they gave up following me, and scuttled pack to the road, still staring at me.

I didn't have to go far to find Linoca my sister sitting beside a tree crying her eyes out.

"Linoca!" I gasped, and I flung myself down beside her, "What did they do?"

"Anica!" Linoca realized I was there. "N-nothing. They- didn't do anything. I'm fine, just-er- I was-"

Linoca let her torn sleeve fall down over her wrist and put it to her face to wipe off her running mascara.

"What happened to your jumper-" I began, then saw that in the rip, I could see Linoca's bleeding skin.

As her arm touched her face she yelped.

I grabbed her arms and looked at the holes. Nail marks. Angelea, Siofra and Kila's nail marks.

Just then the phone beeped in Linoca's pocket.

"Listen, er- Anica I've got to go home."

"We've got to go home. But not before you tell me what they did to you."

  Linoca burst into tears again.

"See you at home." She cried.

"No, Linoca!" I said, but not before she ran off.
