“So, it's almost time,” Aaron spoke to Krystal as she finished the final touches of her makeup. They were in the Caribbean and today was the day. She already had her dress on, her hair had been done in a beautiful up-do.
“I know,” She smiled at him through the vanity mirror, “I'm a little nervous.”
“3 years ago, did you ever think we'd be here?” He wondered, remembering when she first took a liking to Justin.
“I didn't,” She chuckled, “I still can't believe it some days.”
“I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think he loved you just as much as you love him,” He spoke, having always been extra protective over his best friend.
“I don't know why he does,” She shook her head, letting out a deep breath, “I'm thankful, don't get me wrong. I just don't know what he sees.”
“Stop being stupid. You know you're beautiful and amazing and any man in the world, including Justin Bieber, is lucky to have you,” He rolled his eyes.
“I love ya, Aar,” She smiled and stood, “How do I look?”
“Beautiful,” He tried to fight the tears that wanted to stream down his cheeks, “Are you ready for this?”
“As ready as I'll ever be. I better get him to marry me before he decides he's making a mistake,” She joked, causing both of them to laugh.
“Or vice-versa,” Aaron shook his head with a smile and held the door open for her. As soon as they saw her exit her dressing room, the music began and Justin's Brother and Sister made their way down the aisle first. Courtney and Good followed, taking their stances at their respective places. The music changed and Krystal appeared at the end of the aisle, immediately meeting Justin's gaze. His breath caught in his throat as he looked at her and tears immediately filled his eyes. He was sure he'd never seen her look more beautiful than she did in that moment. She inched closer to him, the butterflies in his stomach began to beat wildly, almost making him want to throw up. She finally reached him and the minute her hand touched his, he felt an overwhelming sense of calm.
“You okay?” She whispered with a smile as Aaron took his stance beside her and the Priest began the ceremony.
“Yeah,” He breathed, “You're so fucking beautiful.”
“Ditto,” She winked at him and they turned their attention to the Priest. It lasted for about 15 minutes, as they'd both wanted a short ceremony.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife, Justin, you may now kiss your bride,” The Priest smiled as Justin pulled Krystal into his arms, kissing her passionately in front of their families. They broke apart after a moment, forgetting that they were being watched until applause erupted from the small crowd.
“Whoops,” Justin chuckled as they came back to reality and faced the crowd. They made their way back down the aisle and headed immediately to the tiki-bar where they would have a small dinner and the reception.
Aaron tapped his fork on his glass to get everyone's attention, “Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm sure you all know who I am, but in case you didn't, I'm Aaron. I've been Krystal's best friend for the last 12 and a half years. I've seen her through ups and downs. I've seen her heartbroken and madly in love, but I have never seen her as in love as she is with Justin,” Aaron met Justin's gaze, “Bro, in such a short time, you've come in and fit perfectly right into our little make-shift family and I love you for the way you love my best friend. She deserves to be given the best that life has to offer and you've done nothing but that since the moment you met her. Right before the ceremony, we were in her dressing room talking about how surreal all this is to her that you would ever be in love with someone like her and I tried to tell her that she's a beautiful, amazing woman and any man would be lucky to have her. You are that man. She is one of a kind and you should feel honored that she's chosen to spend her life by your side. She's the most loyal, trustworthy person I've ever known in my entire life and being in the business we're in, it's even more rare. So, cherish her. Love her. Treat her like the Queen she is because there's no doubt in my mind that she'll do all of those things for you without even having to think about it. Also, if you don't, me and the rest of the fam are gonna have to kick your ass,” Aaron winked and everyone laughed at the ending of his speech. He kissed Krystal's cheek and gave Justin a manly handshake/hug before taking his seat again.
“I guess it's me now,” Good stood up, holding his glass, “I really don't even know where to start. JB, I've known you since you were just a kid. A little boy with a dream to sing your heart out to the world. We've been through a lot of shit together and as I sat down to write a speech for your wedding, I couldn't help thinking back to the late night talks we'd have on the bus when you'd ask me if you'd ever find someone to spend your life with or if it was even possible with your lifestyle. To be honest, all those times I told you it was, I wasn't sure. I was just saying that to make you feel better,” Everyone laughed, “But here we are. You're a married man to a wonderful woman who I've gotten the pleasure of getting to know on this last tour. I've watched women come and go from your life, but I've never seen you love them in any way close to the way you love the beautiful woman beside you and just seeing the love in your eyes when you look at her lets me know that true love and forever really are possible. For everyone, no matter their lifestyle. I love you, Lil' Bro and I thank you for everything you've taught me over the years and thank you in advance for everything I'm bound to learn from you in the years to come.” Justin stood and pulled him into a tearful hug, trying not to get too sappy.
“If I could get the bride and groom to the dance floor please,” DJ Tay James spoke, longtime DJ and friend of Justin, “I'd like Mr. And Mrs. Bieber to have their first dance as a married couple.” Krystal stood and let Justin lead her out to the dance floor.
“I'm almost afraid to hear what you picked,” She chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her.
“You'll see. I actually picked 2,” He winked at her as the song started playing and he pulled her closer, singing along with the music into her ear. He was softly singing the lyrics to “Everything I do, I do it for you”, by Brian Adams and by the time the song finished, tears were streaming down her face. She reached up and wiped them away to the best of her abilities, not letting go of him as the next song started and they began to sway as he sang the lyrics to “Faithfully”, by Journey, to her. She pulled away slightly to stare into his eyes, her fingers mingling in the hair on the back of his neck as he continued to sing. Tears were streaming down her face and he reached up to wipe them away with his right hand. As the song was brought to an end, she swatted him with a laugh and wiped her eyes.
“Ass,” She said, sniffling.
He laughed and pulled her back to him, kissing her forehead, “I love you, Mrs. Bieber.”
She smiled, happy to finally be married to the man of her dreams, “I love you too, Mr. Bieber.”
