9. Chapter 9
"Dad, I need to know your answer... We are leaving tomorrow and I need to get a ticket for you.." I sighed.
"I don't know, Ry. I want to live close to you, but yet I don't want to leave your mother..." Daddy told me.
I sighed again. I understand why he doesn't want to leave, but yet I think it's best for him to leave.
"Okay. Um, well, we can leave this alone for a little while. And when you make a decision, just call me, okay? I don't care what time it is in Aussie. Just call me..."
"Yeah, definitely. Now, go get some sleep, you have a long flight tomorrow. Love you."
"Hey, Rylie..." Liz said, giving me a long hug. "I'm sorry about your mother..."
"Thank you, Liz. It was hard, but I think we'll get through it."
She smiled, and we went into the living room and sat down.
"How did the kids like America?" Andrew asked.
"They absolutely loved it..." Luke smiled.
We stayed with them for the rest of the afternoon, and went back to the house to get a good nights sleep.
Sorry for the crappy ending ... I feel like shit rn ugh
