Jenna, a 14 year old finds her self in a strange situation, something that no one expected.

Sorry if this story isn't that good, it just kinda appealed to me, so I wrote it.

Jenna woke in an ambulance, a flood of images filled her mind of what just happened. There was a nurse standing there, she smiled down at Jenna.

"Your awake, I thought you would be asleep for much longer." Her voice was smooth, calm, and most of all loving.

"How long was I out?" Jenna asked, trying to move her head to see what was around her.

"Only 20 minutes. We are driving into the hospital now." Jenna's heart skipped a beat when she heard the word hospital. She had never been in a hospital before, and the thought was just as scary as being on fire. But she knew that that thought was for nothing, hospitals were to help, not to hurt.

"I see." She paused. "I feel fine, did you give me something to relieve the pains of my burns?" the nurse frowned, then smiled like nothing was wrong.

"You are not burned, not even a little." The nurse picked up Jenna's arm and brought it to where she could see it herself. Not even a little scratch was there, it was like it had always been, a normal arm, not deformed by flames. "The fire did take your clothes though, so I wrapped you in blankets to keep warm.

"Thank you." Jenna said smiling, she moved a finger, then another, then her entire arm. Nothing felt broken, that was good.

"Your moving your arm!" The nurse said surprised. "It is broken! Or at least I thought it was." She said confused. Jenna brought her arm in front of her face, it wasn't broken, she could move it just fine.

"Well, it doesn't feel broken." Then a question came to Jenna's mind. "Where are my parents?" The nurse looked away immediately. She mumbled something under her breath, and Jenna's breath caught in my throat. "It sounded like you said that they died." She whispered. The nurse nodded looking back at Jenna. She sat up, ripping the straps that held her to the bed.

"Wow! Now, lay back down before you hurt yourself." The nurse said, trying to push Jenna back on the bed, it didn't work. Tears started to fall from Jenna's eyes, and down her cheeks.

"I killed my parents." Jenna whispered to herself.

"You don't know that. It was an accident." The nurse tried to comfort Jenna.

"I just know. Was my hair white when you brought me into this ambulance?"

"Yes, it was, but what does that have to do with your house burning down?" Jenna didn't answer, instead she cried even more, laying back down on the bed. She rolled over on her stomach. "Now that is a cool tattoo." The nurse said toughing Jenna's back.

"I don't have a tattoo." Jenna said between sobs.

"I would beg to differ. This tattoo is amazing, it must have taken hours." The nurse said, still trying to distract Jenna from her dead parents.

"I said I don't have a tattoo!" Jenna said angrily looking back at the nurse. She looked confused, and toughed Jenna's back again.

"Well we are there. So please lay back down on the bed." The nurse said sweetly. Jenna did as she said, tears still falling down her cheeks.
