The Truth?

The truth is always something Charlotte had trouble with. Not because she got in trouble a lot but she was afraid of being hurt, bullied, neglected. She has had all of those things happen to her before. She never thought she could trust anyone until one day she bumps into the boy next door.

30. Chapter 28

Charlotte's P.O.V.

I woke up with a headache. Probably form crying myself to sleep last night. I still have neglected to look at the college letters. "Charlotte," I heard a quite knock on the door. Maybe if I am quite  then they will go away. I heard my door squeak open. "Charlotte, I know your awake." The person said. "What do you want?" I ask sharply. "Charlotte it's only me it's okay I wanted to check on you we haven't seen you since 3 days ago." I turn around to be faced with Calum. "Calum, did you ever think that maybe just maybe that there is a reason hm?" I stared to talk with arm motions that's when I realized that I didn't have bracelets on. Damnit. "C-Charlotte," Calum choked out with tears in the brim of his eyes. "What?" I asked pretending like I had no clue what he was talking about. "You know what," he grabbed my writ with force no longer sad not happy not angry just blank. "Never do this again why would you do this in the first place it? You are beautiful you are smart you are wonderful. Why would you do this to your self?" Some of the scares are no longer that a day old. "I have to it's so addicting after the first cut you feel like you have control over something like no one is allowed to do anything except you." I explain. "Listen Michael when't through the same thing you have to find the thing that makes you sane and hold on to it." "I know."
