I Missed You. (C.H. Fanfic.)

"Honey guess who's coming home.?" My mom said excitedly.
"Mom if you say Calum I don't give two shit." I said crossing my arms.
"Language young lady. And I thought you would be happy to see Calum you guys have been best friends since you two could talk." She said drying her hands with a rag.
"Well he's been gone for 2 years not bothering to contact me. So I don't care about the guy anymore." I said going up to my room.

5. Don't even try.

Calum's (P.O.V)

I waited outside the school to see if I would be able to talk to Jade. I was scrolling through my phone as the school bell rang. "Here goes nothing." I told myself as students flooded out the school. I wore my black skinny jeans with a black sweater with my hood over my head to hide myself, I wore my sunglasses and my vans.

I looked around finally spotting Jade with her friend holding her penny board in one hand and I text book in the other. "JADE.!" I yelled running to her. Once she saw me she walked the other way ignoring me.

"Leave me alone Calum." She told me once I caught up to her.

"No not until we talk." I said stopping her by grabbing her forearm.

She got out my grip staring at me dead in the eyes. "Don't touch me."

"Jade please." I begged softly.

She looked over at her friend as her friend nodded. Jade groaned before looking at me. "Whatever fine."

"I was thinking talking at our spot." I suggested.

She looked at me before nodding.

I drove to the small pier by the lake we would always go since we were 9. We found the place as we were playing "adventurers."

Jade sighed as she got out the car. "Brings back so many memories."

"I know. Nothing's changed here since then." I said kicking a rock.

"Yeah what a look lake." She said not looking over at me.

"Jade you know I meant to say goodbye to you but I wasn't ready to face it just yet." I said walking to her.

"I don't understand you. You could've just told me. I would've been happy for you knowing your band was opening for the biggest boy band in the world. But no you just decide to leave without one word. You don't even text call or write me a fucking letter." She said clearly hurt.

"I-I." I had a hard time to put words together cuz she was right I could've just told her instead of just leaving her.

She let out a serous chuckle. "That's what I thought."
