Athena's POV

Neither Fred or I took dad's letter well. It ended in me crying and Fred getting angry. It was the day we were meant to leave to go back to The Burrow and I was now 5 months pregnant, and it was great. Remus was joining us for dinner on Christmas, and he had also promised to talk to Dad about the letter.

"Ready?" Fred asks as I tumble down the stairs, trunk in hand.

"Yeah... Yeah." I smiled. I placed a hand on my back that had seemed to have been in terrible pain all day.

"You alright?" He asks, pulling me into a hug. I nodded, hugging back.

"Yeah, my back..." I told him.

"You sure you're okay?" He asks me once more, and I gave him the same answer. "Then let's go, we don't want to miss the train." He smiled, taking my trunk.

"Athena!" Mrs. Weasley cried as she pulled me into a hug. "How are you, dear?" She smiled at me, looking down to my stomach.

"Good, my back hurts pretty bad, though." I said weird a lazy grin.

"Oh, you'll be a wonderful mother! Not let's get you back home." She said. Home. Their home, is my home, too.

We got back to The Burrow, and Fred carried mine and his own things inside, because Mrs. Weasley refused to let me carry it myself. "Honestly, Molly, it's not that big of a deal. I swear, I can-"

"Sit down and stop overworking yourself!" She shooed me away.

"It's Christmas Eve, Molly. You're the one who needs some rest." I reminded her. She only waved me off.

"Really, let me help." I practically begged.

"I'm not the one pregnant, now sit down and relax." She ordered.

"I don't think so," I said.

"Oh Athena, haven't you realized, mum's going to go mad if you don't sit down already." Fred piped up from behind me, kissing me on the cheek.

"But I just want to-"

"Shush, come with me." He said, leading me away and up to his room. "Remember how you said you felt bad for not getting anyone else anything?" He asked and I nodded. "Well, let's exchange gifts now so we don't have to do it in front of everyone." He smiled.

"Well... Alright." I said after a moment. I walked over to my trunk and opened it up, digging to the bottom and pulling out multiple things wrapped in a fun wrapping paper.

"You're such a kid." He rolled his eyes, seeing how happy the wrapping paper had made me.

"Shh, okay. So I know this isn't much, and I'm sorry, but Happy Christmas, Fred." I said handing him the stack of presents.

He looked at me with furrowed eyebrows. "I didn't even want anything from you, this is amazing that you'd even want to get me anything. I think mum would stop making sweaters for me, if she could. But she'd need a good explanation that she doesn't have time to come up with." He laughed.

"Oh, hush. Your mother loves you. Now open them." I nodded towards his gifts. He rolled his eyes and grabbed the first one, opening it easily. "Sugar quills, to shut you up in class." I laughed. "And because you really like them," I added quickly. He smiled at me and kisses me softly.

"Thank you. I love it," he smiled.

"Well I'm glad. Now keep going," I ordered and he picked up the second.

"Nose biting tea cups!" He exclaimed. "I've wanted one of these to finally get Percy." He said.

"And there's two more," I told him. He opened the next, and out fell six dungbombs. "To help you with your mischief. Well, not that you need any." I smiled.

The last one contained various candy form Honeydukes. Acid Pops, Cauldron Cakes, Bertie Bott's every flavour beans, Fizzing whizbees, and Pepper Imps. He was extremely happy with what I'd gotten him and I felt accomplished in something.

"And time for your gift. Look, I tried and probably failed, but I tried. I really did, so cut me some slack?" He smiled and pulled out his gift, which was yet again wrapped in fun wrapping paper.

"I'm sure it's amazing," I smiled at him and unwrapped it slowly. It was a small box inside, which I took the top off and what I saw took my breath away. "Fred this is the most beautiful necklace I've ever seen!"

It was a thin, silver chain that held a small, black gem in the middle. I leaned up and kissed him, softly. "I love it. It's amazing." I told him. "Thank you so much," I ran my fingers over his cheek.

"Let me put it on," he whispered against my mouth. I turned around and he took it from my hands, placing it around my neck and clasping it.

"I love you."

"I love you even more." He said, causing me to laugh.

"Don't kid yourself, I love you the most." I told him and kissed him, to make sure he'd shut up.

"You two are gross. I better be the godfather of this child for all of this gross spit swapping I have to witness," George said, entering the room.

"Oh quit being jealous, Georgie. We both know you want all of this," I motioned to myself with my hand.

"Fred would kill me, but if it wasn't for him, you never know." He winked and I rolled my eyes.

"Sorry, honey. Fred's the only ginger for me." I shrugged, apologizing.

"Oh don't worry, I think Angelina Johnson is my next victim." He stated.

"You mean your only victim." I corrected, causing him to stick his tongue out at me. "That's rude. Why don't you learn some manners, Weasley." I scolded and he ignored me.

"But really, I don't want to be hearing any weird noises when I'm asleep tonight. Think of this as my Christmas gift," he pleaded.

"Can do, captain arsehole." I smiled.

"You're mean. I don't like you anymore."

"Oh I'm only joking, I love you Georgie."

"Good. I love you too, Athena." He smiled.

"YAY SOMEONE FINALLY LOVES ME!" I cheered, making Fred stare at me.

"Welcome," I said, patting his head. I laid down beside him and hugged him tightly, not waning to do anything else today.

"Tired?" He asked and I nodded. "Then go to sleep, love." He smiled, playing with my hair.

"Fine Mr. Bossy-" I was cut off by a sudden sharp pain in my back that spread to my stomach. I gasped and grabbed onto Fred's shirt tightly, not dating to let go.

"Woah, are you okay?" He asked. I nodded.

"I'm fine, I'm fine. Let's just go to sleep."
