4. The school of the outcasts

Chapter

Blake's Pov

No worries! We are getting to the good stuff! I swear this story gets better! Now where was I? Oh right! We had just finished the tour and Serena was running low on her happy-go-lucky personality. I believe she lost hope on the hot transfers.
"Any questions?" She groaned.
"We could take them to our dorm?" I asked. Lucas seemed more than pleased with that idea. "We could all get to know each other invade you ever need help on campus?"
"I was kinda hoping we could hang more often with you guys." Ashton giggled.
"Me too." Michael agreed.
"Sounds good." Serena said and began strutting towards our apartment style dorm rooms.
"The Duchess?" Luke smirked.
"It's the name of the complex, idiot." Serena growled.
"Geez, we have a feisty one here."
"I swear, Lucas Hemmings, I will end you if you send me over the edge." She advanced towards him in a threatening manner. Their faces were inches apart. She was shorter than him, but not much. Serena is actually quite tall, 5' 11" actually. He was only a few inches taller.
"Then let's push the envelope, sweet pea." He smiled the game at smile in the world and Serena launched himself at him. Well, almost. Michael caught her at the waist and walked her away from the area. She was practically foaming at the mouth and redirected her anger towards Michael from across the courtyard.
"Was that really necessary?" I questioned him.
"Absolutely. Chicks are hot when they are pissed."
"No it wasn't. If Serena was armed, she would have killed you."
"Fantastic." He laughed. Serena was calming down with Michael over there and I wanted to sucker punch Lucas, but I'll wait for the second day for that. Or whenever I actually gain the confidence to.
"Luke, you don't have you always be such a jerk." Calum said.
"I'm only a jerk when I need to be."
"Okay, can everyone just chill?" I asked.
"Sorry, love, but once you have joined our group, there is no going back."
"Great. I'll just lead you up the the room." We climbed a few staircases and then finally reached the fourth floor room. I pulled out the key and unlocked the door. It was a kitchenette, a lounge area, a small bathroom, and mine and Serena's room in the back. We had plenty of snack foods in the fridge and in the cabinets, but ate most of our meals at on campus restaurants. I lit a scented candle and then invited the boys the sit down.
"Are you setting the mood?" Luke smirked.
"If you keep up the attitude, I will kick you out."
"Well alright then."
"So you guys tell us about yourselves."
"It's the same story as you." Calum spoke up. "We were outcasts and rejects at our old school, so we needed peace here. This is our little slice of heaven. The school of the outcasts is what I call it. Isn't it fitting? The school where all of those who aren't gifted with 'worthy' talents come."
"The school of the outcasts?" I asked.
"Precisely."
"Ladies and gentlemen, the reason why Calum Thomas Hood is a writer." Michael slowly clapped and gestured towards Calum in a rewarding manner. Luke just rolled his eyes. Ashton kept on smiling away. Serena smirked and applauded as well. I like these guys so far, but I don't know if I can handle them for too long. Especially not a year of them.
