Claudia's POV

It's been over a month and I'm still not over Ashton and that girl.

We haven't even talked as much as usual, and now that we don't go to school, it makes it that much harder to see him.

I miss him, his presence, his smile, his iconic laugh.

I needed him, and I needed him now.

I texted him, telling him I was coming over.

I walked across the street in my black tights with grey flower prints on the outer sides, and Michael's Def Leppard muscle shirt I stole from his closet two nights ago when we had movie night, paired with my sun necklace and my choker.

I knocked on his door and was greeted by Anne.

"Oi! Claudia! You have grown! I haven't seen you for one month and you've grown an inch!"

"Ya" I blushed. An inch wasn't that much, but I did grow. I was now 5 foot 8, and I think I was done growing.

"So Anne, How've ya been?"

"Good, good. Busy with the lot."

"Awe, it's ok. If you need a sitter I'm right here."

"Your such an angel." I laughed in response.

I was not.

She let me in and I went up to Ashton's room.

"Hey! Guess what! I got a job at a movie rental place!"

"Ya. I met a nice girl there, we are a thing now."

"Oh, cool." I said attempting a smile.

"Ya, her name is Scarlett Jones. Here's a picture."

He showed me a picture, and it was the girl from the park.

My now mortal enemy.

I tried to change the topic.

"Hey, wanna have a jam session?"

We went out to the garage, and there was Luke and Mike's guitar and Cal's bass on their stands. In the back was my key board between the space of Mike and Luke, and the drums between Luke and Cal. I never played with them when they were 'banding', I came here to play solo, or to just fiddle around with music and notes with one or two of the boys.

Ash started a steady beat, I recognized it, and followed. It was Clocks by Coldplay. Even though I messed up now and then, I was getting better. On the other hand, Ash was flawless, with his straight golden locks smacking his sweaty forehead, his abnormally large hands gripping tightly around the drum sticks, eyes big and gold in the small light creeping in from the garage door window and I NEED TO STOP.

I concentrated on the keys and nailed the rest of the song.

I wiped a drop of sweat off my forehead, not from playing, but from thinking of Ashton.

This boy will fuck you right up.
