All hopes of escaping leave you as you realize the only exit has been locked.

You could see the light to the cave leading out through the barred door beyond.

If you had only gone back for the key you'd be able to run to freedom but by now the ghouls would be back at their base waiting for your return- for their revenge.

You'll never be able to escape now, unless there's another way out...
