Dear Diary,

It is very early in the morning (5:18 AM), so I haven't really expreienced today yet. I like to wake up an hour before I have to sometimes, so I can really be awake when the real work begins. Today, as soon as I woke up, I mastered my Latin and Gocernment vocabulary twice on Quizelet, and paced around my room for a bit.

I was reading the 'seventeen' magizine yesterday, and I honestly found it very intriguing. I rarely read magazines, so I had never heard of theat particular brand (?), and I thought I would pick it up. There were two interviews: one with Tyler Oakly and one with Zoella.

Zoella focused her peice on her life in general and past/present anxiety. It was very realatable. Though I don't get panic attacks all the time, I have had my fair share. They pop up when I get worried, stressed, aprehensive, or a combination of all three. She said that no one really talks about it, and they need to. Thankfully, I have a close knitt group of friends (both on and offline) who understand when it happenes.

Tyler Oakly did his interview surrounding body image (one of the topics in his soon-to-come-out book I now REALLY want to read). He said he was overweight in 7th grade, and it all started with overexercising followed by undereating. He said by doing that he lost 30 pounds in a little over a month, feeling horrible. His chorus teacher helped him out after a certain point, and now, though he still thinks about it, is comfortable with how he looks. I found the piece very heart felt and honest. It was only three pages long, but it really made me want to reflect on myself.

Well, I promised myself I would write for thrity minutes for NaNoWriMo this morning, so I guess I'm going to go do that. Wish my luck!
