The story of Sherlock's childhood

1. Play With Me!

"Mycroft!" Sherlock cried, banging his fists on his older brother's door.

"What?" Mycroft snapped at Sherlock from inside of his bedroom.

"Come out and play with me!" Sherlock begged.

"No, Sherlock. I'm very busy," Mycroft replied.

"Open the door or Redbeard and I will knock it down!" Sherlock warned his brother, as he tightened his grip on the foam pirate sword he was holding.

"How could a stupid little boy like you and a sick dog possibly knock down a door?" Mycroft asked, annoyed.

"We're pirates, Mycroft! Pirates can knock down doors! Oh, and I'm not stupid!" Sherlock said. "Redbeard isn't sick, either!"

"You're not a pirate, Sherlock, and Redbeard is sick," Mycroft told Sherlock.

"I know what you're doing in there, Mycroft," Sherlock said. Sherlock was angry and he wanted to embarrass his brother.

"Oh really? Than what am i doing?" Mycroft asked, humoring his little brother.

"I bet your obsessing over that girlfriend of yours! You know, the skinny one with the blonde hair and blue eyes. I bet you have a picture of her under your pillow that you snog! I bet you have loads of pictures of that girl! What's her name? Oh yeah, Bunny! I've seen the way you act around her. You fancy her! Does Mummy know that you have a girlfriend? I bet she doesn't!" Sherlock teased. He knew how to embarrass Mycroft. "MUMMY! Did you know that Mycroft has a girlfriend? She's blonde and her name is-"

Mycroft open his door, clapped a hand over Sherlock's mouth and dragged him into his room. He shut the door behind him and locked it.

"Bunny is not my girlfriend, and I definitely don't fancy her. Do you really think that I'd stoop low enough to fancy a bumbling idiot like her?" Mycroft hissed at Sherlock.

Sherlock giggled. "Then how come you flirted with her and kissed her?"

"Her father is the head of boarding school I want to go to. I simply don't understand why a smart man like him could have a daughter as ditzy as Bunny, but he does. I'm using Bunny as an excuse to get closer to her father, so I have a better chance of getting into the school," Mycroft explained.

Sherlock bit his lip and giggled. "I'm going to tell Bunny that you think she's a bumbling idiot!"

"Oh no you're not!" Mycroft said, grabbing the back of Sherlock's pirate costume as he tried to run away. "That would completely ruin my chance of getting into this school,"

"You can't stop me!" Sherlock laughed.

"Oh come one, Brother Dear. I'll play with you if you promise not to ever bring up Bunny's name again," Mycroft bribed Sherlock.

"Okay!" Sherlock said. He really did know how to Mycroft.
