Mad As Rabbits

"We must reinvent love."

---
Riding the mint green bicycle she saw the familiar small white rabbit.

Feeling adventurous she followed the white rabbit into the shady forest and watched it fall into the dark, never ending hole.

Taking a deep breath, she crouched down and fell into the never-ending hole.

She became Mad As Rabbits.

2. Chapter 2: The Piano Knows Something I Dont

--

Gasping Ali sits up against the tree trunk.

Narrowing her eyes to silts, she is cautious around the small white rabbit.

Though it is just a white rabbit.

She shakily stood up and put her back against the trunk.

Taking deep breathes, Ali put one foot out and moved away from the white rabbit.

Backing away from the white rabbit until she couldn't see it anymore.

Ali broke into a sprint and ran to her house.

Seeing her dad's car wasn't there was a huge relief to her.

Slowly opening the front door and walking into her house, she looked around.

"Oh Ali!"

Her mother's voice cried out to her.

"I was so scared you ran away and got her."

Ali's mother sobbed into her plaid shirt.

Tensing up and a second later relaxing, Ali comforted her mother by petting her hair and saying

"Its alright."

Finally her mother let go of the hug and rubbed her eyes.

"Where's Maddie?"

Maddie.

Her one and only sister.

The perfect girl, with the perfect color of eyes, the perfect body shape, the perfect full lips, the perfect voice.

The perfect heart.

Ali's sister was kind and caring.

Unlike her father who's abusive and never sober, and would laugh at a dog being run over.

Maddie of course attracted many lovers.

But, she only gave her heart to him.

The cheating bastard.

Why couldn't Maddie see what an awful and pathetic guy he is.

Blinded by love, Maddie still forgave him even when she caught him with a red head in bed.

He even tried to make a move on Ali, but being her spirit is fiery, she kicked him right in crown jewels.

Ali hasn't spoken a word to Maddie about that day, she knows it would have broken her pure heart.

"She's most likely with Ace." Her mother interrupted her thoughts.

Ali just nodded her head and trotted to her bedroom.

Posters of Patrick Stump and Brendon Urie covered her bedroom walls.

Grabbing a book about Greek gods from her bookshelf, her popped onto her bed and began to read.

--

The ancient Greek mankind, trying to explain certain metaphysical phenomena and anxieties, invented amazing myths concerning the Cosmogony (the creation of the World) and the Theogony (the birth of the Gods). Thus, the ancient Greek people created their own splendid, yet human-like world of gods, justifying the various abstract significances like Love, Birth or Death.

The origins of the gods of ancient Greek religion are described in the Theogony, the famous poem which was composed by the Greek writer Hesiod around 700 BC, and the Library of Apollodorus.

The creation of the gods needs to be divided into four parts:

The Coming into Existence of Chaos

First there was Chaos, a rough unordered mass of things, also considered as a void. Chaos was followed by Gaea (Earth) and Eros(Desire), who came to cancel every logical thought or act. Gaea then brought Uranus (the Heaven), the infinite Pontus (the Sea) with his raging waves and high mountains full of forests to the world.

Ali began to drift off and fell asleep book in hand.

Bright light surrounded the bunny and suddenly, the bunny became a man.

Blinking his light green eyes, he looked around expecting to find something,or someone at that.

Frowning, he huffed and ran into the deep, dark hole that was oozing from the ground.
