It's Today?! - The Story of My Life

Who knows maybe with the incentive, I may keep this diary, and not just as a collections of rants, and updates ever time I get ill. I mean seriously, two entries in three years? Both saying "I'm sick"?

For the diary comp. Winner of May.

23. Gender snot 13-10-2015

It’s been a while, again… Well mum and the young’uns went off back to Gloucestershire and so I didn’t see them for just over two weeks, which I must say, has been wonderfully quiet! They managed to trash the immaculate house within twenty minutes after their return. I kind of missed seeing all the people there, but I had to lead my father around London blind as he had an eye test as a precursor to having laser surgery.

I just finished my first day at a new job today, and I must say, a mixture between lack of sleep, standing around and serving coffees all day, and the twenty minute cycle there and the twenty minute cycle back has left me just a tad exhausted… To put it lightly. I think I’ll use my exhaustion to put off any homework other than maths until tomorrow.

Went down to Cambridge to visit Simon. He had some Dining In night with his squadron and so I was invited. It was quite a laugh, and I highly enjoyed seeing the boy. It was a really nice weekend. Not going to see him until my birthday now… I kinda miss him…

Rowan and Esme have joined the air cadets properly, and my goodness have I had fun laughing at them in their uniforms! None of them fit and they look like a mick take of the military… And tonight, as Rowan so fantastically put it, “I can’t go to bed. I’ve got to go out and march for two hours. On the spot!” It’s been entertaining I’ll say that.

Well a lot more has happened, mainly just schoolwork, but I honestly am too tired to remember it. I’ll just leave you trying to figure out the context of my father announcing he was going to class himself as “gender snot” from hence forth.
