1. No Light

My heart aches

'Tis not happy

Shadows numberless

I might leave the world unseen

And fade away

Fade far away and forget

The weariness and the fret

To think is to be full of sorrow

There is no light

I have been in love with Death

Take my pain

I hear

the song

The sad heart

Tears that toll

Do I wake or sleep?
