Introverts

This is just an article I created through my friends, along with my own, experiences. This is more for extroverts to get a better understanding of us. I hope this makes sense and doesn't create misunderstandings because it's like 1:00am and I am tired as hell.

1. Introvert

Remember that introvert, antisocial, and shy are three separate things as well.  Shy people have almost a fear of speaking to others.  Antisocial is when someone really doesn't want to talk to other people.  Since I don't know enough about these two topics, I am not going to talk about them.  Introverts are neither of these.  They're more...  Well just read this...

Introverts most often observe the world around them, however, like extroverts, introverts can be very talkative.  However, more talkative quiet people more often type out their words.  I've found that it's rare that you create disastrous misunderstandings.  However, I can speak to others without a problem...  Especially if they're cute...

A lot of us DO in fact like talking and being around other people.  Just like extroverts, we too get super uncomfortable when it's silent.  I, personally, assume that the extrovert will start up the conversation, being that they're more outgoing, by saying, "Hi" or "How are you today?".  Something.  But sometimes that doesn't happen.  A lot of times I want to start out the conversation, however, when I do finally go to speak the other person leaves.  And honestly, by then it feels as though there is absolutely no use in trying...

We also love to joke around, flirt, and so much more, we are NOT robots.  A lot of times, people do not realize that when we are out in a group we'll start to get more and more talkative.  We'll start to joke around and "act like an actual person".  Whenever one of my friends invites me out, it does take me a while to be able to speak, but eventually I'll get used to the people around me and start talking.

Besides talking, we also use body language, believe it or not.  For example, some people hate my friends and I for being quiet.  I remember someone slapped one of my friends as hard as they could on the back and then did NOT expect them to punch them in the tit. #Middleschoolmemories...

To finish this off, I just want to say again, introvert is not like shy or antisocial.  All are three separate things.  I used some of my feelings along with some of my friends to write this.  I hope this helped you understand us a bit more.
