Ugh, they are here, of course they are. They always wait right here so that they can punch me or hurt me anyway they can. I enter my combination hoping Jay won't notice me being there.
"Well, well, well, look who it is," he says into my ear making me shiver.
"What do you want" I spit back at him, hoping he won't hurt me for that.
"Well Krystina, there are a lot of things I want but can't have."
I take out the rest of my books and shove my backpack into my locker. "Jay I have to go so if you want something just say." as his friends start gathering around me.
"Nah, I don't need anything now." He says as he punches me right in the gut. I fall to the ground and Jay walks away. I run to the bathroom to clean up my makeup. I lift up my shirt and look in the mirror, I can see another bruise forming right where he hit. I also see my cuts. I pull my sleeves further down so they are covering my fingertips. Why, why is it me? Why am I the one always getting hurt? Bullied? I hate it I hate my life.
I walk into first period late and Mrs. Panswaki gives me a glare. "Find a seat Krystina!" Wow she has been having a bad day i think to myself as I look around the classroom for another seat. Perfect just, just perfect. The only seat left is next to him, Jay, no,no no no no this can't happen.
"Okay class, open up to page 180 and read to 200 while I'm gone." As soon as she left the chatter started and Jay goes to make out with a girl in the corner I just sit there reading. The door opens as a tall, tan, blue eyed boy walked in. I was just staring at him like he was a piece of cake.
"Hi." The boy says startling me.
"Oh, um, hi." I say smiling back. He takes Jays seat which relives me.
"My names Derek," he says with one of the sexiest voices ever.
