I finally finish packing and remember that Chloe lives on Flaxmill Road. Near Ashton's house, near the party.
I go to my wardrobe and try and find something nice. I found a cute grey midriff top with vertical lines, it strapped around my neck instead of my shoulders, and i found a cute little black skirt with a zip going down, I got some beachy sandals that are really in fashion right now.
'You ready to go?' My dad asks standing in my door way.
'Your not driving me are you?' I ask.
'So what if I am.' Dad asks.
I don't answer I just sigh. A few moments later dad comes and sits on my bed.
'Honey, you know I don't want you to live like this.' He says.
I look at him in complete shock. He must have just had something strong, something like Meth. I hope he hasn't drank anything like alcohol.
'Dad, what are you on?!' I yell.
'Nothing my baby girl.' He says.
'Look I'm ready to go. We're leaving.' I say as I grab my duffle bag and head for my door. I walk to the front door and hear my dad close my door.
I look to mum who was standing in the kitchen and I did something that I haven't done in ages.
'Goodbye mum, I love you. See you in a few weeks.' After I walked through the front door I felt kind of happy but kind of not. I mean you can't say that to someone who has completely failed to take care of me, can you.
I'm left puzzled in my dad's stinky car. Thinking about everything and anything.
I get snapped out of my thoughts when my dad slams the car door.
'Huh?' I ask.
'I didn't say anything.' He says looking at me weirdly.
'Oh sorry do you remember where Chloe lives?' I ask.
'How could I forget?' He answers.
I started to remember when I was younger, what happened. It was terrifying. What happened that day is the reason why my dad is the way that he is now. A monster.
A filler sorry!
