"What the hell, Lauren!" Ashton yelled. "It's true! She will never be an Irwin!" She yelled. "She is going to be soon! Whether you like it or not!" Ashton yelled. "Mom, dad and Lauren are fighting again." Jackie said. "I know, just cover your ears baby." I replied. She nodded, and put her hands over her ears. "She thinks she owns me, Ash! She's not my mum!" Lauren yelled. "She does own you! You live in her house! Under her rules! And mine! And you have two kids living here too! Jackie looks up to you!" He yelled. "I don't care! She's a bitch!" She yelled. "Baby, come on." I said, getting up, and picking up Nicole. "Where?" She asked. "Outside for a little. We can go visit Mikey at the hotel." I said. "Okay." She replied.
"So, what did she say?" Michael asked, as Jackie played with his shorts that were on the floor. "I'm not her mother. I never will be. I'll never be an Irwin." I replied. "Damn. Wow. She must be really mad." He said. I nodded. "Mom. Dad is calling." Jackie said, handing me my phone. "Hey." Ashton said. "Hi." I replied. "So, listen, Lauren said she's sorry for everything she said." He said. "Good. I'm at the boys' hotel." I said. "How did you get there?" He asked. "I may or may not have taken the car." I said. Ashton laughed. "That's fine." He said.
"I need to ask you something." Ashton said, as we were laying on the bed. I looked at him. "How would you feel if... I went on tour with the boys... for a year?" He asked. "Y-year?" I asked. He nodded. "If you don't want me to go, I don't have to." He said. I don't want to hold him back. Right? Yeah. I don't. "No, no, go ahead." I said. "Really?" He asked, excitedly. I nodded. "Thank you babe!" He said, kissing me. "When do you leave?" I asked. "Yeah, about that... We leave in two days." He said. "T-two days? Two fucking days, and you're telling me this now!" I yelled. "Babe. Babe. Shh. Calm down." He said. I took deep breaths.
*Two Days Later*
"I love you, baby." I said, hugging Ashton. "I love you too." He replied. Jackie rubbed her eyes, as more tears fell. "Ladybug." He said. "Daddy, I'll miss you." She said. "I know, ladybug. It's only for a few months." He said. "You'll miss Nikki's birthday." She said. "I know, but I'll call everyday." He said. "Okay." Jackie sighed. "I love you all." He said. I smiled. "Alright. Go." I said. "Love you, Ashley." He said. "Love you too." I replied. And then, he got on the plane.
"Come on babe! Please come in the water." Ashton said. I shook my head. "Please." He begged. "Ashton-" I started to say, before I got picked up. "No! No! Put me down!" I yelled. "Nope." He replied, throwing me into the water.
"Mom." Jackie said. "What's wrong baby?" I asked, sitting up. "Daddy wants you." She said. "Honey, daddy's on tour." I said. "No, he's right here." She said, moving aside, showing Tyler. "Hey, Ash." He said, moving into my room. "I told you I was coming for my child." He said, with a smirk. "And maybe you." He said. "But, sit tight. I'm gonna go finish that little bitch of a sister of yours." He said. "Don't touch Lauren!" I yelled. "Ha. Too late. Might have gotten her pregnant." He said. "Now, it's your turn. I'm gonna-"
I sat up quickly. I pulled the covers off, and went into the living room. "Ms. Green? You okay?" John asked. "Yeah, yeah. Hey, you're positive we have full protection right?" I asked. "One hundred percent." He replied. I nodded. "I had a dream, nightmare actually. About the one who sent the letter. I had a dream he came, and... did things to us." I said. "No one will touch any of you. Not as long as I am here." He said. "Thank you, John. Really." I said. "I'm just doing my job." He replied. I smiled.
