Fighting To Love

"Every family, friend, couple fight. But we can make it through this." I said. "Even though you hated me at first." He said. "You're never gonna let that go are you?" I asked. He shook his head.
{Fighting To Love is the sequel to Everything about him|ashton Irwin| I would recommend reading everything about him|ashton Irwin| first}

62. Chapter Sixty One

Ashley's POV

"Why do you always take the covers from me when I'm naked?" I asked, pulling the covers back onto me. "Because I love you." He said, kissing my lips. I pulled away. "Round two, yeah?" I asked. He smiled, and nodded. He pulled me on top of him, and I smiled.

"Breakfast." Someone said, walking into our room. I jumped off of Ashton, and pulled the covers up to my body. "God! Dad!" I yelled. Ashton released a breath, and closed his eyes. "What's going on in here?" My dad asked. "Dad! Privacy! Please!" I yelled. He rolled his eyes. He left the room, and I sighed.

I put on a pair of Ashton's boxers and one of his T-Shirts. "I'm starving." I said, walking out of the door. Ashton pinched my butt, and I jumped. "No!" I yelled. He laughed. " I need to go get Bry." I said. He nodded. "Or I could do it." He said. I shook my head. "I need to feed him." I replied. "Can I watch?" He asked. I shook my head, as I walked into Bryant's room.

"Hi baby boy." I smiled, picking him up. He smiled at me, and I pulled him into my chest. "Hungry?" I asked. He smiled up at me. "Take that as a yes." I said.

Once I was finished feeding him, I walked down stairs. "Hey." I said, putting Bryant on the floor. Nicole ran to me. "Hi baby." I smiled, picking her up. "Hi." She whispered. She put her head on my shoulder. "Is my baby girl tired." I asked. She nodded, and yawned. "Did you eat?" I asked. She didn't answer. "Did she eat?" I asked Ashton. "No. She said she wasn't hungry." He replied. I sighed.

I took her upstairs, and into the bathroom. "Okay baby. Let's check your temperature." I said, getting the baby thermometer. I slid it across her head, and heard the beep. I sighed, and walked down the stairs. "Ash, she's sick." I said. He sighed. "I'm going to go tuck her in, I'll be right back." I said. "I don't think you should." Ashton said. "Excuse me? Why not?" I asked. "I mean, I think I should." He said. "Um. Alright?" I questioned, handing a sleeping Nicole to Ashton.

"You guys been fighting?" My dad asked. I nodded. "About what?" He asked. "Just the most stupidest things. Like, who puts Nicole to bed. Who feeds Bryant." I said. He sighed. "That happened to your mom and I. We fought. But when she died... I lost it." He said. "Well, I'm not dying." I said. He nodded. "Work things out." He said. I nodded.

"Ashton." I said. He turned to me. "Why are we fighting?" I asked. He shrugged. "I don't like us fighting." I said. He sighed. "Ashley, you threatened to kill yourself. In front of my face. And in front of my mum." He said. I looked down. "You wanted to kill yourself. Ash, you have an amazing life right now. I don't like that." He said. I sighed. "I don't want to leave here in the morning, and come home to... another accident happening, where I get a call saying you're back in the hospital." He said, tears running down his face. "Ashton Fletcher Irwin, don't think that way. Never think that way. I have all the people in the world to help me if I feel like I need to." I said. He nodded. I wiped his tears away and smiled. "Hey, I love you." I said. "I love you too." He replied.
