Charity awoke at 6:00 to the sound of her alarm clock. The constant beeping seemed to be taunting her. Laughing at her because she needs to go get on a plane and fly to a school for losers.
"Shut up!" She shouted to the alarm clock. It kept on beeping. Feeling stupid, she hit the off button. Groaning, she climbed out of bed. She grabbed Poco and put him in his cage with a small chew toy and a dog bone. She grabbed Poco's cage and her suitcases and went downstairs. Her mother was already in the car and beeping the horn. Charity sighed, she would have to buy food at the airport for a breakfast. Their Dad was off serving in the army, and her brother, Sam, was in college. Charity silently got in the car, clutching Poco's cage in her lap. They arrived at the airport shortly. With one last glance at her mother, she got out of the car, grabbed her suitcases, and entered the building. After about twenty seconds, she looked back. Sure enough, their car had already pulled out of the parking lot, and was gone. Charity looked back ahead. She sighed once more and bought a bagel with the money her mother had given her.

Charity had no problem with her flight. She exited the airport in Maine and walked to the nearest bus stop. That would be able to take her to the school. Winds whipped around her, she saw a taxi up ahead. She waved her free hand frantically at it. As she waved her hand, the winds got harder and harder. The wind finally took control of the taxi and sent it swerving. Luckily, the taxi was able to regain its control. It had already missed her. She put her hand down. Just as she did, the wind stopped and all was still.
