The year flew by so quickly! And I couldn't believe that today was the day. Graduation. I was nervous for my speech but in every way extatic. The morning was filled with pictures and phone calls that it was a little over whelming, but that's what made it so real. At the ceremony, I couldn't help but look over at Tyler's face to see the smile stuck on his face. We talked about grad since a youn age, and it was finally happeming. As I walked up to the podium I could feel the tears, but I kept them chocked back.
" today we begin to unravel a whole new chapter in our life. We will be left a lone to find our abilities, to meet people and move on with our life. Its going to be hard ,but that independence is what we need to strive as a young adult in this world. Some will bemothers or fathers some not. But whatever u choose to do will impact the people around u. We might have gotten over the stump that is high school but we still have a hundred others to cross. Some easier than others." I breathed out as I finished my short speech . I received my diploma and the feeling was just as I had imagined.
