A Poem a Day

During the year 2015 I have chosen to take on a challenge to write a poem everyday. I will try to put them all here everyday.

268. September 25th

Winding like a snake through grass,

Over hillocks and around lakes.

Leaping brooks streams and rivers,

The black-tarmac road.

This wee mad road winding and narrow,

A graveyard for incautious cars,

A dumping ground for old machines,

A ribbon laid across the countryside.
