When you get closer you can see more,
Better detail and clarity.
In the close things or the far away,
When magnified you can see.
Planets, comets, stars now dead,
Look into the past up in the sky.
Whereas when close up you can see,
The smallest parts of anything.
When zooming in you can see more,
When zooming out you can see more.
Both the small and the great,
Are wonderful to gaze at.
Yet what about the world around,
Neither close up nor far away.
The norm for us, inhabitants of earth,
It too has wonders worth a view.
