The wall, a defence, a barrier.
Walls protect us, cut us off,
Leaves us stranded and
A wall can be frustrating,
Helpful or kind.
Yet often we wish that it was only temporary,
But the wall remains still.
Walls feel unloved, uncared for and useless,
Out of place and separated from society.
They are a burden and hold everyone up,
No held can they give.
