14. January 14th
Goes the snow underneath our feet.
The pretty powder,
That looks like a huge white sheet.
Frost also adorns
The paths we walk,
Making us slip and slide around
When we trudge into the town.
The freezing wind
Makes a raucous noise,
Howling, hissing day and night,
Waking us with a fright.
Nature may try to do us harm
But we wil fight it arm in arm,
Cold wind, snow and all,
We will face in the toasty warm!
