356. December 22nd
A bulge rises up before us
Like a spine a long line succeed it,
The backbone of a great animal,
Living in the earth's thick crust.
Breathing with the wind
And roaring like an erupting volcano,
Moving by the earths inner-workings
As magma swirls and spins beneath rock.
Its anger rages for many years
Until the land can withstand it no longer,
All its power and energy
Is released in a catastrophic disaster.
