Holly tightened her grip on the cup, Alatar rubbed his temples. "Just because i'm his brother doesn't mean I know every movement". Damien stared at Holly who knew she was going to blow her chance. But then Kiya spoke up, "we know our uncle well, but not as well as our father. We can help you". Holly smiled, Kiya was determined. "Thanks, i really need your help". The group were silent, a humming sound was heard, Holly wondered what it was, until she looked down and realized the moving crystal ball was lighting up, the next thing she knew there was a flash of light, and she as back in the office. Her heart was racing, she was mixed with anger, fear and confusion. Her father was standing a few feet away from her, his face was flustered. "Where were you!?" He grabbed the crystal ball from her hand and slammed it on the desk, Holly flinched, hoping it wouldn't smash into pieces. "I... I don't know where".
"What do you mean you don't know where, you were somewhere!" He screamed at her. Holly cowered, she had never seen her father this angry. "Dad i'm sorry, please calm down!" Holly yelled. But he shook his head, "you're ungrateful, why do you want to go out when there's a dangerous wizard at large!" Holly stepped back. "Dad just listen to me -".
"NO YOU LISTEN TO ME, YOU'RE NOT TO GO OUT AGAIN, NOT UNLESS I'M WITH YOU!" He struck her across the face, she fell back onto a pile of books. Her nose was hurting so much, she realized that her nose was bleeding. The door swung open. Natalie and Avril came rushing in, their faces changed from curiosity to fear and shock as they saw Holly nursing her bloody nose. The room had gone silent. "Dad how could you?" Avril said, he was already regretting everything. "Holly, i'm sorry -". But Holly was so frightened that she bolted from him. she pushed past Avril and Natalie, ignoring their calls. She headed out of the house and down the street. She had no clue where to go, but she had to get away from him.
