The Meadow of Magic

I started to write this morning and came up with this, i think its enough to get me started anyway. I'll be posting on Wattpad and Movellas so check those out...same username. In a magical land far away from here lived seven children, just turned 15. Vivian Poppel, the adventurer who will stop at nothing to find adventure throughout the land. Cherish Bleu, the kind girl who helps everyone who needs it. Briar Rose, the one whose beauty leaves everyone who meets her speechless. Ashton Sun, the one who finds opportunity in everything. Trinity Tulane, the funny one who stops at nothing to make others laugh. Lucille Daisy, the lonely one who can’t help but think of what life would be like with someone else in it. Danielle Peony, the final of the seven also the youngest, whose child-like spirit finds the kid in everyone and brings it out. These are the kids, the kids who haven’t met, the kids who will meet, who need to meet, who want to meet.

4. Chapter 4

I sat at the lagoon waiting for Trinity to show up. It was 11:50am, but I wanted to get there early because I wanted some alone time. I had an unfortunate run-in with Lexi George in the woods on my way here, but she didn’t see me come to the lagoon. I made sure to throw her off if she was following me. Lexi is one of the nosey, mean people who thinks she is all that because her father is the leader over all the villages. We have mayors, my dad is the mayor of our village, but he is the big guy. Him and his wife are really nice people, but his kids are little devils.

Trinity showed up about 5 minutes early so we headed to our destination. She was shaking out of nervousness and to be honest I was kind of nervous myself. Who knows what will be waiting in there, an invisibility cloak, a monster! I really hope I get an invisibility cloak!

“Calm down Trin!” I said excitedly, though she didn’t seem to be in the mood.

“Where are we going exactly? What are we doing here?” she said nervously.

“You really want me to tell you?” I asked.

“Yes!” she said.

“Fine, Briar gave me directions to a magic items store where I can get an invisibility cloak! You can get stuff too, I’ll pay, unless you don’t want anything.” I said. I was smiling like an idiot, which made her smile. Then I fell to the ground…my head hurt, probably because I hit a Cilobrush Tree and smacked my head on a branch. I got up and knocked on the tree. A door with glittery accents popped up out of nowhere and we went inside the trunk.

“This is so cool!” I screamed. We were in the tree trunk but it was like way bigger than the tree trunk, like the TARDIS from Doctor Who! I was all jumpy and happy from Briar’s discovery.

“Holy…” Trinity said almost speechless. The walls were a deep purple color with gold drawings placed on them. The room had a dark wood floor with gold specks. In the back of the room was a woman sitting on a chair next to a register. I saw a sign that said: Invisibility Stuff and ran in that direction while Trinity was still looking in awe at the place gasping occasionally and random things like the “majestic” toilet in the open bathroom. There was an invisibility cloak, hat, necklace, bag, bracelet and flower crown. I chose the bracelet and walked to trinity who was on her knees staring at the gold toilet.

“Trin, are you going to pick something out or not?” I said looking over in the woman’s direction. She had Blue hair and a black cloak, she had pale skin and beautiful grey eyes. She had very red lips and a necklace that said Kira on it. She looked no more than 25, but working in this place there was no telling how old she was.

“I’m going to get this book of ‘spells’ to see if it works.” She said laughing, though I was terrified because if Belle’s cloak worked, why wouldn’t the spells.

“Just be careful Trin.” I said walking over to the woman. She looked at me and smiled.

“Is this all for you today?” she said grabbing the bracelet and book from us.

“Yep!” I said excitedly.

“That will be $50!” she said sounding perky. I handed her the money and grabbed our stuff, which were put in their own separate pouches. They seemed to shrink when she put them in, but that seemed normal to her and me honestly. This was (*note the emphasis*) a magical place.
