Violets POV

"Violet, honey, I-" my mom started to say, until she saw Luke come behind me. "Nevermind."she said. I laughed. "So, what do you have in mind to get me strong?" I asked luke. "Train." He said. I laughed, but his face looked serious. "You're kidding right." I said. "No. We need to. You and I are both out of shape." He said.

"Alright. Run around this field. When you get tired. Keep going. Push yourself to extremes." Dad said. "John. They aren't ready for this." My mom said. "Violet." Mom said. I walked over. "If you feel lightheaded, just stop okay. I don't want you passing out." She said. I nodded.

Luke's POV

I was running, and I noticed Violet start to fall behind. "Vi, you okay?" I asked. She nodded, and caught up with me. "Oh, so you wanna show off now." I said. She smiled.

I got ahead of her, and I looked back. She was slowing down again. "Hey, you alright?" I asked, walking over to her. "Yeah. I'm-" then, she passed out.

"John! Get the inhaler!" Ms. Damon yelled. "Here." He said, giving her a inhaler that said Violet on it. "Here baby." She said, putting the inhaler into violets mouth.

"Violet. Violet honey. Do you remember what happened?" Ms. Damon asked. "I was running... And, I couldn't breathe." Violet replied. "John! You pushed her too hard!" Ms. Damon yelled.
